It is no longer possible to “replace” a filter in the app. Removing and reinstalling the app puts you in a worse place: it will not even act on the phone number you enter for initial registration. Perhaps with the improving COVID situation, the developers are heading for the hills on this one, or see the writing on the wall? 😀

Update: (2 Sep 2021) The function to replace a filter has been fixed. However, you now cannot update the app with data collected from the sensor. This is the primary function of the app! Several weeks and no fix for this? I wonder what troubleshooting nightmare they are unnecessarily putting new buyers through, in order to cover their lack of ability to fix their own app?

App stopped updating when it’s time to switch out the mask. No matter how many times sync time to replace does not change.

The customer service attempts to be helpful. As others have said, you weren’t able to replace the filter within the app. It got fixed but sensor can’t be updated from phone and even with numerous emails with detailed info and pictures, I still get the “did you try the new app”? I did and if I’m still submitting pics and detailed information it is because there is still a problem. The app can use some QA since there are plenty of typos and non-localized text that hasn’t been translated properly.

The initial pairing took many tries, but after paired it works well. Recently the “time since last synced” has sometimes been showing Asian characters instead of Arabic numerals, which is technically a bug but doesn’t impact use at all. The time since last synced number is now consistently wrong.

I’ve noticed that no matter what area you search in the US you cannot get the right or the location does not exist? So why have a location or gps location tracking? My town/city does not pop up in location as “nothing found” however the only one that do show is everything in China…? Come on now, please update this as soon as possible. I’ll be keeping this one as a one star until this is fixed.

Concept is amazing application is a nightmare. Won’t record data correctly and tried to replace filter in app and it would not let me. Normal troubleshooting before coming here I learned if you remove app and reinstall now you can set the app up like new just stuck on entering phone number in setup. Very very frustrating!

I got this mask and tried signing up with the app. It won’t let me past the first screen where it asks for my phone number so the entire app and mask are essentially useless - may as well get a normal mask since none of the smart features are available.

It’s a great mask, very secure and comfy BUT…. it needs a lot of updates in the active mode.., where in the gym, yoga, Hiit, etc… modes??? I hope it’s updated soon.. cause it has t been updated over 10 months!! This app is forgotten!!!

The app won’t allow you to create an account due to their system not sending confirmation codes. I’ll be returning everything from the company.
