Lack of customer support number
1) competitors offer Akshayakalpa milk at same price with customer support number reachable at morning hours.

Doesn’t deliver to door step
I stay in 2nd floor of the building. They keep the milk pack in the ground floor near main entrance of the building though gate is open where it is unhinge to put milk packets.
Even after complaining multiple times they are repeating it.
