Where does it store the recorded calls
I have call recording enabled on the app. And also enabled uploaded to icloud option. but no found no recorded calls on both my icloud and phone storage. So where does it save?

Loved it
The UI is very clean. The design of the app is very simple and minimalist. Still there are some bugs. Hopefully, they will solve those problems in the next update. There are some very helpful features like call recording, burn message (disappearing message), schedule send etc. Thumbs up for BTCL.

Feeling worried about privacy issues.
The app is running very good. It provides cheapest call facilities with premium quality. But it takes permission in photos. That’s why, I am worried about my privacy issues.

Severe breach of privacy
In ‘Contacts’ menu there is a search feature named ‘Alaap Directory search’. Searching a name of any person ends of with a lot other contacts with the same/ similar name including their phone numbers.
I am guessing, they have built this directory from the other Alaap users, as they have already gave permission to access their Contacts.
This is a severe breach of privacy and need immediate rectification.

I’m the second one who download this app. But having some issues while video calling through this app. There are some bug issues. But overall very good app. Thanks to BTCL

Not trusted
This app has not declared that it can be trusted. As it’s a government run company I am concerned about my privacy and data being leaked to government. Also it asked for permission to my photos. Why you need photos? I am concerned about calls being monitored by government agencies. By the way the app was good. It’s just privacy that I’m worried about.

The most worst apps ever
It was thinking that money will keep in my country. All others sim operators are developing their business in our country came from others country. This is our government's apps and money will go in our governments pocket. But they all are thieves as like others government thief. Just hate the country system.

First thing is the call rate. The call rate is too high compared to the mobile operators. Why should I use IP phone if the call rate is not reasonable? The network/call quality is also very bad. Can’t hear anything. The app is not working now after the last app update in iPhone 7 ios 14.6.
