Technical issue.. PLZ HELP!!
I would really like to enjoy this app and possibly even pay to subscribe if possible… but once I downloaded it.. every time I try to open the app all it does is continue to “load” forever I’ve even waited almost 20 mins to make sure it wasn’t just my network quality or something on my end.. but I can assure you it is not.. I tried to contact app support with no success because there is no option for it through the developer website.. and Apple can not help me with the “report a problem” option because apparently that option is not even available with free apps…??? I’ll patiently (more likely impatiently) be waiting and hoping for either a response or maybe an update that fixes the issue.
Also I will gladly give 5 stars and wonderful review once I’m either contacted or the issue is fixed.
