Beautiful but… Incomplete?
I’ve been playing this game for about a year and a half now. The artwork is beautiful, and the gameplay is pretty easy to get the hang of with time. Here are a few things I have issues with:
• THE CLIFFHANGERS. I (“)completed(“) the story but so many questions are left unanswered! Does the Queen unite with her daughter? What else was causing Berserk? Does your character ever get back to the real world?! In the last scenario the MC suspects Chester has a crush on Leticia, and right when you think you can continue to find out if it’s true- and find the other answers- it says “The story is finished!” Wha…?
• Some events that I think were supposed to happen regularly (birthday celebrations, mini side-stories, and Kuro’s wheel-spinning game) just… stopped? Even the Wish Project events aren’t happening anymore! They were really fun ways to get new outfits and items, so hopefully they bring them back!
• As I’m writing this review the Fashion Show is broken! I tap it and it freezes (this is hopefully just a temporary glitch. Speaking of glitches the developers often compensate players with coins or diamonds when there’s a major event glitch, which I think is very sweet and awesome 😊) So overall, I think keeping the story and events going will really help improve the game experience. I love this game and hated that the story and events ended when and where they did! I and many others would love to see more. 😊

So far so amazing
So far I don’t just like this game, I am planning to get married to it from the crazy amount of hours that I’m gonna spend on it, wait aren’t I already married to my phone?, JKJK anyways, I’ll try to watch ads whenever I can and as much as I can just to support the developers so they don’t shut it down like A Game I knew, anyways you’re doing such a great job developers, keep it up

my only problem now is with stamina, can you add more ways to save up stamina other than watching an ad and getting only 30 stabbing a day, I am not excluding the stamina you can get from quests but when quests become over it’s hard to get more stamina, so at the very least increase the times you can watch an ad two at the very least 6 without decreasing this stamina amount which is 10 stamina, so a different very least every day I can look forward to saving up at least 60 stamina, otherwise I really adore this game to the very end of the word enjoyment, And try to fix that annoying stamina thingy and thank you very much

F2P Friendly & so beautiful!
I really only write reviews for games that make me obsessed with playing them - and this game does just that. From day 1 this game is addicting, and as someone who like fashion it’s so cool (and good inspiration). The story is actually really interesting too, which I didn’t expect because most games have a generic storyline I skip through.
My only complaint (that I’m not even sure it’s a complaint) is that your ability to get gems decreases remarkably once you’ve been playing for awhile, since you no longer have achievement rewards or story quest rewards. However I know that’s true for just about all gacha games.
The game is F2P in the sense that you can get strong and pretty outfits and complete the whole game and hold your own competitively - but some sets ARE paywall locked so keep that in mind if you’re a completionist.

Incredible game, incredible devs!
I’ve played pretty much every dress up game available on the App Store, and Alice Closet is definitely top tier. The art is gorgeous, gameplay is fun, the story and characters are riveting. These devs are wonderful, fixing bugs very quickly and responding to questions and concerns on their FaceBook page. They offer the ability to watch ads in order to get free stamina/gold/diamonds but they don’t force pop-up ads every few levels like a lot of other games do. It’s entirely possible to play this game as a f2p player and not feel like you’re missing out on a ton of content— yes, some super cute outfits are only available if you spend real money, but it’s not like you have to buy those sets in order to progress the levels.

REALLY GOOD!!!
I really like these kinds of dress up games with the battle kind of aspect utilizing dressing up! The format was initially confusing for me personally, but it’s not too steep of a learning curve!
It’s overall a f2p game, and ads are optional! You only watch a 30 second add if you want to get some stam early or a free draw/pull on some event pavilions (gacha).
I love the voice acting (except for Kuro but that’s just a personal preference, and it’s tolerable). I also love the character messaging and calling, similar to popular games such as Obey Me and Mystic Messenger!
My only VERY minor complaint is some what I think are translations errors. Not really translations, but certain parts of the dialogue aren’t translated in English. For example, one of Shiki’s dialogues had “有了” instead of the translation which can be with. Also, when Luticia’s maid is called Butler, it made me confused. Other than that, a very solid game, especially since it’s new, and I highly recommend!

In App Purchase Failed
I LOVE this game, I play it everyday and make sure my Alice’s are always fed. Today I looked at an event that had the growth funds with diamonds and I thought since this was such a great game I would buy. I never buy things in an app, and I was worried but I put in the info and it sent me to the App Store to finish the purchase. I filled it out and said complete, so I restarted the app, and when I checked, I hadn’t gotten my diamonds. I thought it was a freak thing so I restarted my phone. Nothing. I decided “oh well it wasn’t that much even if I pay twice this game is amazing and I would pay for it. Now I can’t even get to the purchase page, and I don’t have diamonds. Even if I could pay for it again, I would but I haven’t gotten the diamonds or able to buy again. Other than this, the GAME IS GREAT!!!!!!

But the biggest problem is there is no more story, with an average pace I finished the entire available, but clearly not finished, story in 2 months of playing. Yet even though they’re not releasing new story they are releasing new outfits that cost actual money. There’s been no major updates since I started playing and I won’t in good conscience spend money on a game that clearly won’t progress. Even the events they have where you can get limited outfits for free are always a mess. The most recent one you can’t purchase the plans to craft the outfit, it says it’s unavailable. Ultimately if you want a simple, pretty game to play this is great. I just wouldn’t spend any money or rush it since there is little to do.

I love dressing up my Alice (my personal fav is Iris) with beautifully designed outfits, The story line is incredible and honestly very addicting😉. My only issue with this game is how many outfits you need to collect to make it to the next chapter, it took me two months to be able to collect the number of outfits needed for that chapter, so if you could plz fix that it would be very much appreciated, if you can’t I understand. A detailed summary for new players
Alice Closet is a game where you take place in either small, or big competitions where you are required to dress up your Alice to gain some sort of advantage. I think it is very addictive and smooth. I personally think the 4.9 rating is accurate, and I’m not surprised it’s here. And no, there are no ads. I love mobile games that have an interesting plot; and this game has one. If you’re considering downloading, please do! I fell in love with it instantly, and I have a funny feeling that you will, too!
