A+ Gentle mindfulness prompts
Unlike other mindfulness apps, ALIGN quietly notifies you 3 times a day with a simple question based on the mindfulness practice of noticing, on purpose, in the present moment without judgement. You can quickly journal your thoughts for later reflection. Sometimes I only write one word - and that is neither right or wrong. What’s important is that I’m able to be mindful in the moment without disruption. Later I can reflect on my day, week, etc. I use this app on my iPhone 7+ and my Apple Watch 2. I find my devices voice to text feature very helpful with my responses. Thank you Mind Body Align!
