Aligner Tracker App Hack 2.0 + Redeem Codes

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The app you use does not work and there is zero help from anyone you get the same response Everytime. No orthodontist to speak too or follow up with. I’m still struggling with app issues and it’s been a month. Use any other company besides this one. Only put one star cause it makes you but it’s actually 0 stars.

I’m sure this app can be made to look a lot better. However, it has everything I expect from it and its functionality what you want.

This app is not working. It won’t let me login while all my other apps are working just fine. It just acts like it’s trying to login, but never does. I went and clicked on the forgot password link and tried to reset it to see if it does anything, and it won’t even process the password reset request.

Pretty outdated design

I have been working with Alignerco for over two years now. I had very minor crowding on the bottom row of my teeth. When I received my initial smile projection, I asked Alignerco to push out one specific tooth more to align it with the rest of my teeth. Alignerco confirmed that I was looking at a smile projection with the tooth aligned. I told Alignerco that as long as the truth is in line with the rest of the teeth, I approve the smile projection. I then completed my trays, and my teeth were not straight. I understand that I am not going to get perfection, but the tooth that I question did not move at all, in fact, it was even more out of alignment. I then spoke with customer service, asking them if they would be able to fix my teeth, and Alignerco told me that it would be an additional $150 to correct. I was upset because I had initially asked Alignerco to verify that this tooth would be pushed out. I paid the additional money and then was told by the liner Co. that they would not be able to push this tooth out without me paying an additional $800. I argued for weeks that I was told this tooth would be able to be pushed out for $150. Alignerco then told me that this tooth could not be fixed because it would impact my bite. I argued with a Alignerco that they did not have my full set of impressions both top and bottom, so how could they know this? Alignerco then asked for my top set of impressions - clearly caught in their lie. I’m frustrated at the fact that I am out $1000, my teeth are not straight, and now I have to go elsewhere to fix my teeth. I could’ve just went somewhere else should have Alignerco told me from the start that my tooth would not aligned.
