Description
Investigating and addressing concerns about early childhood education, digital technologies, and the overlap between the two, Alt-ER aims to foster resilient learning environments, lessen/prevent early school leaving, and give children the best possible start to their education. Focusing on bridging the transitional period that experts recognize as occurring for children around the ages of 4-6 years, the transnational partnership has developed an age appropriate learning activity based on self-directed storytelling and creativity.
The Alt-Er project is the result of cooperation between The Animation Workshop/Via University College, TeacherGaming, Camera Etc., Aalborg University, KinoBuss, Maria Regina National College of the Arts, and Breda Institute of Applied Sciences and funded by a generous grant from the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
