The app is junk as it portrays the ability to reach out to the support team. It “Says” they answer IMMEDIATELY. Not so. I waited quite awhile to get no help. Then, when my new earbuds once again failed, I NEVER got any answer from the 24x7 help desk. The app says it has tutorials for the various products, yet, those don’t work. The app is just as bad as the company’s website that lacks utility. I was looking forward to my purchase today of the earbuds. Yet, given the problems that I experienced there, plus the bad app, website and lack of help, I’m returning it tomorrow.
