Transferring tickets

Thanks to great customer service from the Mammoth staff, they walked me through the transfer process to manually enter who the transfer goes to and use recipient’s mobile number instead of email. Transfer worked successfully within minutes. Leaving one star off because all transfer methods should work!
Original review: As a lacrosse season ticket holder, the app works fine when I use to get my family in. I have yet to successfully transfer tickets. The app says tickets sent and waiting for recipient to claim, but recipient can’t see the tickets in either Ticketmaster or this app. Transfers should happen quickly!

East to use
Since the update the app works seamlessly. However, it seems silly Kroenke needed an app separate from Ticketmaster, as Ticketmaster is the backbone of the system.

Updated version broke the app
Version 2.3.1 worked fine when managing my season tickets for the Colorado Avalanche. The new version 3.1.0 does not allow me to sign in and access my tickets. Please back out new version or provide another update. My daughter did not do an auto update and still has 2.3.1 on her phone and thankfully it still works.

A big zero for this app.
Won’t load the tickets into wallet. Seems incompatible with wallet. I’ve had multiple iPhones with different iOs’s and this awful app works the same across all platforms. Meaning it don’t work. I’ve been stuck at the gates multiple times because the app won’t load my tickets into my wallet.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. App will not allow you to log in so I can’t access my tickets. Was told I have to go to the box office when I go to the game even though I bought tickets several weeks ago. They need a better app and a better back up plan.

Update doesn’t show tickets
With the latest version 4.0.1 my season tickets no longer show.
This is critical for managing tickets and especially for attending events. You can’t enter the arena without your mobile ticket.

Doesn’t work, can’t even log in and not even the people that work for Avs can figure it out. And that’s on IOS 15. Why does this need to exist? The regular Ticketmaster app is fine and although the company is evil their app functions.

App worked for me last season, just did the required update and now none of my Avs or Nuggets season Tix are shown.

Can’t Access Mobile Tickets
I am a Avalanche season ticket member and cannot access my mobile tickets. I have emailed and called KSE numerous times and get no response. Terrible customer service to go with an inferior app.
