We were trying this out on an evening when we just needed to sit down and relax. The bouncing dots after recognizing three of our selections simply stopped recognizing my taps.

The app can be slightly picky with the red dots showing up depending on how you angle your phone, BUT it’s still very new so I’m sure it will get worked out! Other than that my almost 3 year old is obsessed with this app/book. It’s a definite must have for young kids but, even as an adult I enjoyed going through and watching a few of the animal videos myself 😂

Thank you for this app, we were really excited to try it after buying the book. It’s great when it’s working (although it would be cool if the videos had sound!) However, this app is extremely glitchy and unreliable... sometimes the red dots appear but most of the time they don’t. It’s very hit or miss. Would really love a fix on this 😊

I doubt the app was tested in a real world scenario. The phone and camera have to be put at the exact place in order for it to work. Videos are low quality and honestly if they had done a google video search better videos would have been shown for each of the animals.

The book is great. I highly recommend it. The app is awful. It never works. I’ve tried to delete and re download and it still never works. I have a very unhappy 5 year old because he is dying to see what the app does.

The app is so temperamental that it barely works half the time and if you slightly move the camera, it loses what “connection” with the page it had. Hopefully it will improve.

I’ve downloaded, deleted, and reloaded so many times and nothing…just a disappointed toddler 😕

I bet you 100bucks no one tried in real life
