Why Fly Anyone Else!
ANA, simply the best airline to fly anywhere in the world. From the ramp agents to the ticket agents to the flight crew. You could not ask for better service which is just amazing and the flights in my opinion are the most comfortable.

App is frustrating and barely functional
This app is missing the most important feature of an airline app: online check-in with digital boarding pass. Its online check-in functionality is limited to merely opening the check-in page of the ANA website in a browser window within the app.
This is a terrible solution because if you need to switch away for a second (e.g. to look up your reservation number or frequent flier number), the window will close and you’ll have to start over from the beginning (maybe more than once).
Save yourself the trouble and just use their website, not this barely functional app.

First name? NOT!
Couldn’t find my reservation. I tried every combination of name, eticket and confirmation. Nothing worked until remembered seeing my first and middle name together on my itinerary. I tried putting in both in the First Name field. Success at last.
It would have saved me several days of retrying and reloading the app trying to figure out why it couldn’t find my reservation if the app would just asked for what it wanted.

Everything is perfect for Ana, except this app. It is terrible – I can’t refresh it properly, and there is no information or updates for my flight, including the boarding gate or luggage claim number.

Information buried deep in menu branches
Saving multiple boarding passes (for my family members) to the Wallet was a very tedious exercise for each pass at a time, with error messages and requiring multiple logon / reservation search attempts. Maybe the app was not designed for passengers traveling on other frequent flyer programs and have to search for the booking using the confirmation number each time. Also it need often isn't clear which airport terminal to use.

Nicely done app, but it is missing a key feature that would be expected — digital boarding pass. They send a digital boarding pass by email, so they should be able to have it display in the app. With that enhancement, it would be 👍🏾.

Who puts a recaptcha in a app?
I can not see the recaptcha on the tiny tiny app screen, and i am using a ipad, the app makes you scroll left right up down without seeing the whole screen…….poor user interface and unusable due to tiny recaptcha.

Horrendous, trashy airline
Severely understaffed both via phone and in-airport. Several hour long waits for both, no ability to check in online if you don’t book directly through them (so if you’re star alliance forget it), poorly run. We’ve had a worse experience with this airline than with third world regional air carriers. Embarrassing.

1. You have to put in you name and ticket number every time you want to see your flight information. Why it cannot stay in my account? This is a complete waste of time
2. ANA mileage club is a separate app. Completely unnecessary

Terrible
Flight experience is great. However, this app is a piece of poo. Terrible. Pretty much unusable. Online check-in, terrible. Maybe it works, maybe not. Is there a second app for mileage plan, why? Why can’t it remember anything? Most other airline apps do, even though if they are actually awful to fly on.
