I’ve tried other “meditation” apps before and they were okay. But nothing that really did much for me and definitely nothing that kept me intrigued enough to come back. I’ve tried meditation over the years, off and on without much success. My mind always tended to wander too much and I just couldn’t stay interested to continue meditating. As what I would consider an amateur at it, I have to say, I’m really blown away by Ananda. All I can say is, it felt like it transported me to another place and I was completely immersed. My head felt weightless and I had an out of body experience. I don’t know if it has to do with the binaural beats, or the subtle sounds, whatever it is, I didn’t have to “think” about meditating, it sort of just helped me get there without any effort. The greatest thing, is that the hardest thing for me is to shut my mind off, and outside noises off. It helped me do that and I didn’t even see it coming. I’m definitely impressed, and highly recommend this. What a great app. Who’d ever think and app could help you relax!
