Review change… Great company
I was initially very frustrated at the lack of the ability to create a new login upon opening the app… turns out, they’re supposed to email that to you when you get Angle health (I did not get that email which is why I couldn’t log in) I was able to work it out with their very professional customer service folks. Great chat option and a useful app that looks like it’ll make healthcare easier to understand. I’m really happy about how usable and easy to navigate this app is. 👍

Pretty App, but Doesn’t Work Yet
I like the idea of the chat option, but I sent my message request 8 hours ago and have received no response. Clicking on ‘Sessions’ shows me my chat session is active, but has a never-ending loading icon at the top left corner and occasionally glitches. I think the issue is more with the functionality of the app rather than someone not getting back to me. Which is why I’m here. The eternal loading icon appears in the RX section too—when I’m looking for my coverage, all I get is a loading circle. Overall, app has potential but is very glitchy and unresponsive right now! Please fix!

Easy to use. Clean UI and design. I can find providers covered by my insurance plan easily. And easy access to my health insurance ID card.
