Description
Anxiety attacks are endured by millions around the world. Their suffering is unimaginable to peers and loved ones who struggle to know how to help them. Until now. “Angst, the Panic Attack” takes us through the agony of a panic attack and the relief of overcoming it in a raw yet elegant, interactive virtual reality experience.
The app uses Core Motion for launching environmental triggers based on the user's head movement to create a narrative that is controlled by where the user is looking. Each user will have a uniquely powerful experience.
This is not a movie, it is an interactive 360 experience that uses the cutting edge technology of stereoscopic video and spatial audio. It is an empathy tool to help people better understand the crippling panic attacks that are becoming an epidemic in today's youth, an educational tool for educators and parents wanting to help children who are suffering, and an important project supported by GoogleVR and the Child Mind Institute raising social awareness of panic attacks.
