HOW TO SET:
To set the Live Wallpaper on your lock screen:
1) Make sure Low Power Mode is OFF
2) Save a Live Wallpaper from the app
3) Open Settings > Wallpaper > Choose a New Wallpaper
4) Select the Live Wallpaper you saved
5) Go to your lock screen, and 3D Touch the screen.  

Please note that if your device does not support 3D Touch, you can only set Live Photos as standard (non-animated) wallpapers.

So awesome

I love it but there one thing about it it will not let me tap it for the live wallpaper

The app is ok. The screen savers they have are pretty cool but you only get like five of them unless you pay for the pro version. Personally I don't want to pay for the pro version so I don't get very many options.

Terrible

It looks like you have the option to save about 4 screens. Then it teases you with better looking screens but wants you to rate the app. Then it wants you to buy. Go ahead and save some space and move on to the next app!
