AnonyMoose enables Organizations to create an Open, Dignified and Human workplace. Workplace that promotes healthy exchange between Employees and Leadership - using a friendly and easy smartphone app that is instant, direct, confidential and does not disclose identity of the employee.
AnonyMoose replaces multiple traditional channels (emails, forms, point-in-time Surveys, open doors, physical meetings, dial a phone number etc.) with a simple smartphone app that can be used from anywhere, anytime without having to wait for access to a computer or an isolated space while removing every element of hesitation, awkwardness or fear.
On one hand it allows Employees to initiate conversations with Leadership on topics that matter to them and the organization – ideas, feedback, suggestions, inputs, direct open two-way channels to managers and leader.
And on the other hand it allows Leadership to instantly pulse employees for targeted inputs in a fun and friendly way.
In short, we are about “Bridge and Engage” - meaningfully so that organizations have a constant finger on pulse of employees.
Openlines – Organizations can create perpetual or time bound channels between employees and managers (or leadership). For e.g., it can be an open channel with the manager or a channel to invite new product ideas or how processes can be improved etc.
Polls and Surveys – Managers or Leaders can quickly create and publish Polls or Surveys using our web based interface to invite inputs from employees, who get notified and can submit the same instantly using our app on their smartphone. These Polls and Surveys can be created with fun and engaging graphics. Examples are – WFH or WFO Poll, Facilities Survey etc.
Broadcast - a broadcast message on any topic (office closing early today, Holiday party announcement, new policy on Sexual Harassment announced, Mandatory Training notice etc.)
AnonyMoose can also be optionally used to enable sensitive incident reporting using Hotlines feature.
The app supports attachments (optional) – images, documents, location etc. and is total configurable with respect to which of the following functionality should it support for an organization – Openlines, Polls and Surveys, Broadcast and Hotlines.
