Fixed a bug that crashed the app on adding/uploading videos to the cloud.

The model release feature has two significant updates:
1. Signatures, details and the photo of the model taken during the release form submission... are combined into a single letter-sized image. They are still saved to your Releases folder in the cloud.
2. There is now an option to "defer consent" for situations where subjects want to provide their details and participate in filming but wish to defer formal consent until after they have seen the footage for example.
Still no automatic account generation you must wait for admin to generate your login credentials... it's coming people, be patient :-)
