I scanned several time the QR of my picture I got at Six Flags and it doesn’t work.

Doesn't work
This app doesn't work properly. I went to Six Flags Over Texas and purchased the video of my son and I from one of the thrill rides. Well they instruct you to download this app and scan the QR code but the code doesn't scan properly and I ended up having to submit a ticket to retrieve my media.
