Upgrade for the new version of AppointmentGuru. Support for teams and various improvements to the user interface.

One of our goals at AppointmentGuru is to help you offer your clients exceptional service. This release focusses on your relationship with the client, helping you to stay on top of who they are and what your history with them is.

This release includes improved record keeping, improved flexibility (you can now create multiple clients with the same email and phone number - or even without contact details) and a whole bunch of bug fixes, tweaks and improvements.

Improvements to stability and bug fixes

Fixes a bug where trying to submit an invalid phone number would cause the app to no longer be able to add clients

Improvements to invoicing:

* Ability to make an invoice as paid and send a receipt straight from QuickInvoice
* Search ICD10 codes
* Search Process/Tariff codes with Medical Aid Rates
* Ability to send an invoice to any email address
