Worst customer support ever

I have tried to contact these morons for nearly 2 years now and have yet to receive any response. Their ONLY method of contact is through Facebook Messenger, which they sImply ignore. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will NEVER buy anything from these clowns again and I strongly recommend that nobody else in the US do business with them. Their PC/Windows Nemo Tools app throws all sorts of security issues when you try to install it on a Windows 10 machine.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHINESE COMPANY!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!!!
