Few bugs but another smashing winner!!!
I have played all Gamehouse’s time mgt games and they just keep getting better! There are two bugs in the game in levels 32 and 34 where it’s not possible to get the trophy/third star due to the character not showing up but even with these bugs, it’s a great bingeable game. Story line was surprisingly extensive and interesting, but it was clear there were “English as a second language” issues...so there needs to be better localization. I really hope Gamehouse creates a sequel.
It would be great to see more ethnic diversity in the characters, and continuation of the storylines like Emily and Barbarous. It feels like you guys create all of these great plots then just leave us hanging!!! Thank you for the great games!!!

Cute game, with some issues
Like a lot of other Gamehouse players, I was happy to see Gamehouse return to the type of game they do best: time management with a storyline. I’d also really like to see follow up games to previously released games, to continue the storylines we are invested in.
Cute game and story kept me interested, but there are several technical bugs throughout the game. I see from a review in January, developer response stated they were aware of the bugs and working on fixing them... yet it’s 6 months later and the bugs are still present.
I found a way to work around the bugs, by switching to easy mode. However, I’ve bought all the Gamehouse games and I was ok with paying the high $9.99 price, because they were so well done and perfect, but once you start releasing games with bugs you will lose your customers. A few bugs might be ok for a $2.99 IOS game but it isn’t ok for a $9.99 IOS game.

Disappointed!
I love Gamehouse products, I’ve played almost all of them, some of them multiple times. I enjoy the characters and the writing is usually really good. This one Un fortunately is very disappointing on both fronts. Erika is not someone I find myself caring about, and the setting just doesn’t lend itself to this kind of time management play structure. Sadly, the writing needs some serious editing for grammar. I am sad because I waited for this one with excitement, but compared to the Primrose Lake or the Emyr games, it really lacks the charm of either one. Would love another one like the Golden Mask, or even Mortimer. Maybe we can get a new Delicious saga with Emily and the Fam? Anyway, I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but hopefully, you’ll see this and get back to making better games! I love you guys, and now I’ll go download one of my old faves, and feel better.

Fun game but a few grammatical errors
I didn’t have the same trouble that others did with bugs and was able to 3 star every level. A few levels actually required a couple of replays to get the 3 starts so there was a little challenge as well.
However, there were many grammatical errors in the characters’ dialogues. I normally don’t see those with Gamehouse so I’m sure it was just the rush to get it out and hopefully, they will be corrected later.

Well...
Woah, I expected a lot more. Although the story gives me vibes of the new Sabrina from Netflix, it’s missing the fluidity and consistency of the previous games. The lag...I can’t play this game at all. You went from creating these wondrous games that grabbed me from an early age of the delicious 1 and throughout the series to heart’s medicine season 1 and I waited years and years for a new one, which grasped me and then ambers airline. The first game to come out with somewhat 3D characters with a fluid storyline and gameplay. I pay monthly for access to your stories and this is just a disappointment and doesn’t even match the original fluidity of the delicious series. I want to play, I want to love the story, but it is so SO jagged and laggy in gameplay that I can’t bring myself to get into it. You all can and HAVE done better. I love you all, but this is just such a disappointment.

Is there possibility of getting new versions of the older games? I really LOVE the Emily games but I can’t find myself caring about the Delicious World or ‘Bed and Breakfast’ versions. I deleted the Bed and Breakfast version because the whole “match three icons to earn money and build up a decrepit house” has been done to death (Gardenscapes anyone?). And Delicious World seems excessive. 120 “levels” an episode... 5 episodes a season.... and there’s 7 seasons so far. You do the math.
I like the old formula of just 60 levels and a charming story about Emily or whichever protagonist. Can we maybe get a new Amber’s Airline? Or Sally? Or even Dr. Cares?? Everyone loves Angela too. I know you can do it Gamehouse, I’m rooting for you.

Age should be 16 and up.
This game is tagged as 12+ and yes, I know some 12 years old kids know more than an adult but they are still children, they are not even teens yet and this game deals with heavy issues like recreational smoking and another topic that I won’t share as to prevent spoilers. You don’t have to remove the smoking and whatnot, just up the age recommendation because showing smoking as something cool and having a relationship with your older professor/teacher (big ew, btw power imbalance who?? even if the characters are indeed adults, I assume college aged, and not teenagers as I thought they were) its not cool nor is it appropriate for literal children.
Also the game is laggy! So much lag. Lag everywhere, every episode. Lag, lag, lag.

Disappointing
I have played GameHouse Original Series games since the first Delicious. But I share the disappointment of other reviewers in the story line and characters. That brought my review down to four stars, but what really cost the next star was the inability to upgrade aspects of each scene. I really don’t care what Erika's bedroom looks like, but I would like to have the ability to have her move more quickly, or have coffee-makers (and similar) unable to overflow, or a better *whatever* to increase tips. I’m not even halfway through the game, and already there are scenes I just can’t get that third star on. At least I haven’t encountered a mini-game of “find all the cats” because I hate those!😉

Cute, but Inconsistent
Loved the story line and most of the scenes were quite artistic, but the inconsistency in game play in levels was frustrating. On several levels, 5 stars could easily be reached in Hard mode, then there were levels that 5 stars was impossible in Easy mode! And the countdown timer is laughable on many levels (i.e., near end of level, timer shows only half a bar filled, yet as soon as level ends it fills up to 5 stars instantly.) Because I have a GH subscription, I’m going to check out the sequel and hope that’s more polished.

Lovely game…but…
I have quickly gotten engrossed in this game. It has an Intriguing story and the usual well-conceived format that I have come to expect of a Gamehouse game. The problem for me is that I need to play at the “hard” level to make it a little challenging; but there are now some levels that are impossible to pass, even with a flawless round. And the normal game level is too easy.
Gamehouse….please create more robust options for those of us who like a challenge! Some of the “Fabulous “ games offered that but I haven’t found any recently 😟
