Unhelpful App
The app is unhelpful and basically useless. The UI is extremely complicated and not optimised. Also, users are unable to buy tickets - the app just shows an “Application Error” with a bunch of codes.
You can’t order tickets from their website, their app doesn’t work, and their phone numbers also don’t work. So if you wanna but tickets, your only option is to buy them physically from the cinema counter since all the online options are useless.
