The bet is on: Phileas Fogg, british gentleman, is to make it around the world in 80 days.
Jean Passepartout, his French servant, is going with him. But Fix, a police inspector, has to keep close track of the travellers, as they are suspected to be the thiefs of the Bank of England.
Will Fogg win the bet? Help him surmont the obstacles!
A THRILLING ADVENTURE:
Phileas Fogg’s journey is not that easy. To win the bet, you will have to be courageous, to carefully observe things around you and to be clever!
Elude Fix’ traps, save an Indian widow, find your way in the jungle, and during longer trips, prove your whist opponents that cards don’t have any secrets for you!
USEFUL HINTS:
Use the Hint: a shiny halo helps you to find one of the objects.
No more hints? Not enough time? Find the bonus stars hidden in the scenes to get more hints or time!
MAGNIFICIENT SETS:
Discover incredible sceneries : London, Suez, Bombay, Calcutta, Hong Kong, Yokohama, San Francisco… And use different transportation means, sometimes very surprising : catch a train, go aboard a ship, travel on the back of an elephant!

LOVE this app, but...
When told to find 15 Buffaloes, (while still looking for more buffaloes) this app takes you back to train puzzle. Cannot proceed beyond this point.
I would unhesitatingly give it 5 Stars If this was fixed. PLEASE FIX.

First Chapter Disappointment
I was looking forward to playing game as well because I love the novel. But it was a very poor letdown because I can't get through the first round nor the first level because of a search and find item - watch. The hint displayed where to find it and it is located off the page and impossible to get too. Please fix this bug so we can continue on with the game. Thank you so much!!

Memorize the cards mini game at every turn, yuk
The story is good but it's ruined by these annoying card games which you can't skip. I'm more than half way through and I have to memorize 2 cards ok, 4 cards ok, even 6 cards ok, but now 12 cards is just plain irritating. What next? The entire deck? Of course if it wasn't for the card games at every turn I'd be done in under an hour. All in all a very weak game held up by Jules Verne's novel. I antee'd 1 dollar. Looks like I'll have to fold.

Can’t get out of the first challenge bc of the watch.
Like everyone else can’t get thru the 1st challenge bc the watch is off the page. Fix the bug. I think it might be a fun game but until that bug is fixed, I feel ripped off.

Unable to play
Thought this was going to be fun and challenging. However, can't get past final clue (a watch) because page is off the iPad screen. Please fix bug!!!

Addictive, but aggravating!
Love the game, but I do not like memory games. Please consider a skip button or limit the number of tries a person has to achieve a particular task. Playing cards was something I never mastered and I dislike having to memorize the order of something so that I can proceed to the next chapter.

Around the world in eighty days
Agree with the previous review. Also very disappointing as a search game. Needs some work to make it more fun to do. Can't acquire the watch from the very first room, tried to report problem, unable to connect to iTunes. I feel like I threw away money . VERY UNHAPPY! I have tried to report problems with this game and every time I try I get cannot connect to iTunes Store. How the heck do you make things right? I love my iPad to bad there are such big flaws.

Illegally downloaded version?.
After downloading and playing the first level, you get noted that you have an "illegally downloaded version" and are kicked back to the main menu where you can start over. You get past this after again finishing that level only to get it following completion of the first and second level now! Since when are apps downloaded via the app store illegal?

The game doesn't work! First level you can not get the items since they are off the page. There were several complaints on this in the reviews but all negative reviews seem to be gone, which is why there are now only this one and one more.
The iOS upgrade seems to fix this but now the bamboo does nothing but twinkle, another words you can not play the game

Surprisingly good!
Great combination of hidden object with mini games that are thoroughly enjoyable. The game itself was beautifully rendered and the developers managed to easily capture the feel of an old classic. Well done!
