Explore and visualize continuous and discrete probability distributions via sliders and buttons. Find probabilities or percentiles (two-tailed, upper tail or lower tail) for computing P-values or when working with discrete distributions. Find critical values for confidence intervals. Display the expected value and standard deviation, and simulate random numbers from many continuous and discrete distributions.
Developed for both students and teachers as a tool to visualize and explore probability distributions and their properties. Don't rely on boring and complicated graphing calculators that don't deserve their name. Amazing...super wish I had this in college...
This app brings statistics to life in a way that just can’t be done in textbooks and on whiteboards.
Rather than try to visualize everything in your head, you can manipulate concepts in the app and start to build something that’s so incredibly important: INTUITION...a feeling for the art of statistics.

Excellent, simple to use app!
Only request is that the developer adds feature that lets iPad version display in portrait mode (like most of the other Art of Stat apps do)
