Waste of money and time
We were not only sold two of these apps of which my husband and I could have shared one on our phone. It was slow to upload, the headphone connection did not work and it kept stopping in the middle of the section. At the end of a

Least three times to get back. I ended up giving up on using it. 6 euros x 2 wasted.

Utter garbage, fails basic audio guide requirements
Bluetooth audio does not work with the app, and audio pauses when the screen is locked.
Are you kidding me? You charge 6€ for this stupid app from thousands of people per day at the Alcazar of Seville, and you can’t get this very basic requirement fixed? Pathetic.
Plus, the back arrow from the map view is not tapable on iPhone X and newer—I’m writing this in 2023 on 14 Pro Max and the notch/island has been around for 4 years now—get it fixed!

Disappointed
I have had several audio guide experiences recently that use the iPhone. This one was very disappointing. This app does not allow my iPhone to use Bluetooth earbuds to play the audio. It also simply repeats at the end of each segment rather than continuing on. It is very awkward when you are trying to take pictures and manage this audio guide.

Don’t waste your money
I should have looked at the reviews first. This is the worst app that I have ever purchased. I was with a group and everyone purchased the app. No one could get it to work properly and when it would intermittently work, the sound only came out of our phones, not our iPods or other headphones.

Doesn’t work with Bluetooth headphones
Because their developers didn’t know how to write a mobile app, this does not route its audio output through the iPhone’s primary audio output, thus bypassing Bluetooth. Hire someone who actually knows something about mobile app development guys, rather than some corrupt politician’s personal connections.

Not super informative and the app didn’t work
Don’t waste your money on this audio tour. The Bluetooth wouldn’t connect and headphones only work with the Bluetooth turned off. The descriptions of rooms were out of order and not even that informative. You can find better free content online of guided tours.

Fewer stars if possible
The app is barely functional and it adds nothing to your experience. Since you have to carry it around like you’re on speaker phone like a doofus it actively makes it worse. The sections also stop randomly and the signs don’t follow the numbers. Waste of money.

We attempted to get the audio tour for our family, and the app only work on 2/6 phones. On top of that, you can’t even use headphones! It’s a shame this beautiful place operates this way. Go admire the beauty, don’t waste your money on the audio guide!

Horrible app
Do not waste your money. You’re better off searching for a Rick Steve’s áudio tour or anything else. App is unresponsive, no background audio, which means that the app must be open all the time to listen to the áudios and drain your phone battery.

Big waste of money
We also bought two apps for the Seville Royal Alcazar palace. The tour app Didn’t work must if the time. Kept booting us out and we would have to reload/renter app site numerous times. Finally quit using it.
