Great app. Great people. Great rating.
This is app is pretty chill. The people are all really nice and supportive, and no one gets treated like crap. In OurPlace, everyone is part of the discussion. This is perfect for anyone looking for advice or anyone wanting to talk to people from all around the world. Don't be ashamed to download this app because you think you should be downloading Facebook or Twitter, because I've seen a bunch of 18 year-olds using this website. But don't get me wrong, this website isn't only for teens. There are kids on here too. You may wonder why I rated this app a 4 out of 5 if I'm saying it's so great for all ages. The only thing about this app is that you can't post pictures, which means your profile picture has to be a picture from a long list of pictures/images. Don't get me wrong, this is a good idea for people who take explicit pictures, but people should be able to capture their moments and share them with friends. Well, that's all I have to say about OurPlace. I hope my rating will help to improve this app so that a star can be added to my rating! :)

It's just okay!
I feel as if Weezy doesn't care for this app like she used to. Advice is dry and can come off as rude at times. Wish it was like it was back in the day!

I wrote this review several years ago, but i forgot to add how these people are in no way qualified to give advice. My last post in Our Place was 6 years ago regarding being filmed without my permission in order to be mocked. I don’t remember her name, but the red haired woman at the time basically told me to get over it. She also downplayed the severity of the situation considering I was being bullied and didn’t know what to do. That honestly traumatized me, and I wish I would have spoke my mind back then about this.

This app has helped me and my friends through tough times and I have grown to love it you can feel comfortable asking questions you wouldn't want to ask a therapist or your parent there are support lines and the amazing (drum roll please) WEEZY! She answers all types of questions and is very kind. There is so many people that support and help you. Now I know I'm not alone and it's great! I can be myself around others who accept you for who you are and care what you think. Every week there is Our Place Out Loud where you can ask questions and share your thoughts. Or if your feeling a little Role Play we have that too you can Role Play other users and use your own characters. What about venting? Wallowing in self pity? Cheer yourself up by telling others your problems and getting a reasonable solution. Have a major crush? Tell us how he/she treats you! A mean sister or a grumpy cousin? Find out the best way to deal with them! Group chat with other placers and make some new friends. There is so much you can do. Start a club! Begin a class! I can't even name if all haha! Some come join ourplace and make it your place too!!!!!

Loved It!!!!
I'm a big reader & when I found this app I downloaded it. It's perfect for reading on the go when you catch yourself in a waiting room, long check-out line or anywhere else bored out of your mind. This app solves the issue of having to read 2 mth old fashion mags!
I loved reading it! Thus author is great.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was after reading the entire journal I kept the app to read again maybe.
When I tried to re-open the book app it would start loading & then promptly close. I never could open the app again. Guess I should be happy that didn't happen when I was in the MIDDLE of reading it.

I have had this app for almost a year and the people on it are the nicest and most caring people you will ever interact with! I am so glad that I stumbled across this app.
The people there helped me through thick and thin. Plus all the advice I've ever gotten from Weezy (the apps' head honcho) really helped me out. I am happy to say to anyone interested in this that Our Place is a place of acceptance and kindness. There will always be a friend there for you. As the Our Place Out Loud intro song says, "you're not alone, at Our Place." And that is definitely very true!
Now for the techie part. The interface of the app is simple and understandable. You can easily adjust and adapt to using it. It rarely ever crashes. The Our Place Out Loud podcast could use some work on the live stream but overall it's really great!

Simply amazing!
I have been on OP for about 3 months now, and it has been extremely helpful. It takes time to get to know everyone on there, but when you do, it really does feel like family. We all give each other advice and mostly everyone is very friendly and eager to help. Best of all, though, is the safety of the app. There is a team of hard working (volunteers) moderators that work to make the app a safe environment for children to resort to for advice. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to make new friends, is feeling confused or sad, or even if you just want a reliable source you can turn to when needed. Please help Our Place grow and become an even better community!

Wow! This was so amazing!
I love this book! It was so cool! I am going to be 13 in 3 days. I learned a lot from it and I understand some things in life a little better too. I think every teen and pre-teen should read this. It teaches a lot of things that everyone should know. Also I burst out laughing a few times because it was so funny! I am still laughing this minute! :) Some parts were kind of sad though. But it was still a great story and it always will be! I do wish it was a little longer so we could see if she and Clayton every got together. That would be great! Make sure you tell your friends about this, everyone should read it. :)

This book is so cool! Its a historical fiction about a girl facing problems any middle school girl *cough look at my name cough cough* can relate to, while learning about her dads old problems of his own from reading his war diary. I havent tried any of the other features yet, but so far I love this app! usually I hate historical fiction, but this is the best! Get it, its free! (: EDIT, LATER: Woah, Louise Palanker rocks! I know this because her advice is so helpful and funny and she sounds like a really great person! Every girl in the world NEEDS this app! She gives fantastic advice on everything you need help with (except maybe homework...) and its a great book, too. Please get! :D

the best thing that's ever happened to me!
this app will change your life. it's a supportive community of people with a wide range of ages. there's a section for advice, chatting, creativity and caring. the advice section is designed to give and receive advice from other users. the chatting section is where you can chat about topics ranging from Glee to Harry Potter. the creativity section is where you can share poems and stories and more. the caring section is delightful. you can vent out, or help out. Louise Palanker, known as Weezy on the app is the creator. she's so nice and generous to every user that joins. I highly recommend you get this app.
