You are playing as new space interceptor pilot who was dragged into dramatic sequence of three sided war events. Where is nothing looks like it seems.
Unlike most games in this genre enemies here are equipped and acting like a real threat. They're using same weapons and strategies as player can use. Physics engine is also adding some exceptional realism.

AstroKnight Adds A New Spin To A Classic Shooter
AstroKnight is an elegant retro twin-stick shooter. The resemblance to the arcade classic Asteroids is only skin deep. AstroKnight has a bit more on it's mind than just blasting space rocks into debris. Each mission presents you with a new challenge to explore, like which weapons and strategies are best for destroying enemy ships. Aliens have an intelligence all their own, and they want this galaxy all to themselves. They may attack with startling weaponry and deadly precision. Or, they might watch you with greedy eyes, waiting for you to let your guard down before turning your ship into stardust. AstroKnight is great fun and a challenge to play.
