ATA7ADAK is an online health and fitness training advisory, it was made to help ease the thought of exercising in simplest ways possible, least amount of time required and most effective!
The word ATA7ADAK comes from the Arabic word اتحداك meaning “I challenge you”. ATA7ADAK helps to realise the simplicity of exercising and keeping healthy and fit whether in home, gym and even your workplace in 7 minutes only.
ATA7ADAK integrates with your iPhone's Health app (Health Kit) to ease the registration process and fill automatically your measurements.
YCC are aiming to share ATA7ADAK values with the nation to help reduce obesity and help spread the awareness of importance of health and fitness in our daily lives.
We provide basic easy to do training schedules with or without any equipment, nutrition plan and weekly follow ups to help you win your own challenge and reach your goal.

Minor bug fixes and performance improvement along the following:
- More offers has been added and proposed to the client on the "We offers screen"
- Screen not lock anymore when users are starting their trainings. Screen will not lock at all
- The text “Made by Saudi Youth” has been mentioned on landing and loading screens.
- Application will be available worldwide, so we added all the countries code for the phone number for user to choose within the list during sign up.
- The voice over during training has been modified for better understanding and quality during user training.
- The bug about the measurements has been fixed (before if measurements are edited through settings, the changes were not reflected on "You" Screen and progress bar), now it is working perfectly.
- If user does not have any kg to loose or less than target kg then on "You" screen we show "Maintain" on the overall progress bar instead of the 0%. This is better for the user experience.
