Athlete ready global review
If you’re looking for an app to really track your performance and coaches who care to see you meet your physical goals you’re in the right place! The app makes it so easy to navigate through your workouts and tracks everything down to the amount of weight lifted for the day. I love seeing my progress and easily being able to input it all into one place. My personal favorite part of the app is being able to time my resting periods between sets. This app really has it all! The coaches behind the app are extremely passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this app and these coaches for someone who is looking to see real change for all their physical goals!

I love this app!
This is by far my favorite app that I’ve ever tried! And let me tell you, along my fitness journey I’ve tried quite a few. It’s incredibly easy to navigate and super user friendly. Every workout is thoroughly explained, accompanied by super helpful videos, timed rest periods and most of the exercises have alternate exercises in case your gym doesn’t have the equipment needed. My favorite part, by far, is that the workouts aren’t insanely long. Like most of us, I’m a busy person, and I don’t have the time, nor the desire to spend a large chunk of my day in the gym. These workouts fit perfectly into my day and really make me work! You won’t be disappointed with this app!

Super robust app and plans!
I am doing the Athlete Ready ‘Total Elite Athlete 1.0’ program on this platform. Wow - this app is super easy to use! I like how you can specify what days of the week you want to workout, and then the calendar is populated with your workouts. The program is very well done and very fun! On the app, I like how, for each exercise, there are notes explaining form and tempo as well as a video demonstration. I can track my weights for each exercise to see improvement over time. I also like how you can utilize the ‘Rest’ timer either when you are drilled into an exercise or even when you are backed out and looking at the whole workout. Nice work!

I personally loved this app. This app is so easy to navigate and offers an easy way to edit your workout time, sets, weight used, etc. My favorite feature is that the app tracks how much weight is lifted per workout which is super motivating and makes you want to come back for more each day! It is nice to be able to have all your workouts planned for the week beforehand so that you can get in, work hard then get out, which is what we all need in our hectic lives. The programs that these coaches offer are amazing and are definitely going to make you sweat!! I am very grateful for the AthleteReady coaches and resources and I will continue to support this awesome team and program!

best workout app out there
This is the best workout app out there! It’s very specialized with training & specific when it comes to form. I love how each workout has a video example so I can make sure I’m doing it correctly. It has a calorie counter for each workout completed. Has a rest time and work time clock within the app that makes keeping track of time easy. This app also gives alternative workouts if you’re unable to complete a certain lift. It also has an area to keep track of progress photos, body measurements and weight which makes keeping track of progress effortless. I would 12/10 recommend this app!

Such a great app! It’s easy to navigate and use during your workout! Having your workout laid out for you for the week is perfect. Seeing how many calories you’ve burned and how much weight you’ve lifted is so motivating! And having videos of how to properly lift or do an exercise is so helpful, especially if you are not comfortable in a gym at least you know you’re doing everything with proper form! I recommend this to people trying to get in shape, get back in shape, or for those who go to the gym everyday. This will definitely give you some new routines and workouts to keep you motivated!

Best workout app
This app by far has been my favorite workout app. It’s very user friendly! It has all your workouts laid out for the week. If there are days you can’t go but want to make it up another day, the app makes it easy to move the workouts around so you can keep track. Being able to track your weight is one thing but being able to go back and look at the previous weight you did to continue to increase is super helpful. So far I’m very happy with it and it’s been very beneficial to my progress!

The app helps you work at an individual pace, and offers notes and videos from the coach. Super easy to use, amazing workouts. The app and coaches provide preparation for anything in your upcoming future, varying from sports to peace of mind.

The coaches are like family, I’ve never been somewhere that has such close knit relationships. When you join AR, you get not only experienced coaches, but friends and a family. I have never met a set of coaches that create such a professionally personal relationship and really try to know the athlete they’re working with.

My favorite Fitness App
As a personal trainer, I downloaded to try to one day use with my clients. Having used apps before I found this one to be the easiest to use as a user. I have not tried from the PT side but would imagine it would be the same. I loved getting reminders via email and also being able to keep track of my weights and shift workouts when my schedule needed adjusting. Highly recommend and the owner is incredibly nice so I am happy to support ARG!
