My favorite food tracking app
I’ve tried a few, but since I found Autopilot, it’s been my hands down favorite. I’d never seen an app that tracks weekly like this before. While I think this is an intuitive concept to most of us, I’ve found it really makes a difference to have the app track that day to day fluctuation thought the week for you. Everything you really need is on the free tier, but if you want the premium tier, it’s much less expensive than some of the other options out there. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Best dieting app I’ve found
I’ve tried a bunch of dieting apps but they all fall short in some way. Either they’re full or ads/promotions, the database is inaccurate, or the interface is just plain bad. This one has none of those problems. It also has the ingenius feature of adjusting calorie budgets later in the week based on prior days. I’ve stuck with it for many months which is more than I’ve ever logged my food. I’m glad I found Autopilot Diet!

Honestly of the many free apps this one is my favorite , I like all the food options they have and how versatile u can be to find something that matches the food your eatting even if it’s not the exact food and also the different was to measure the food ur eatting. Overall solid app wish I had the money for premium to get all I could from it.
