Availabled FINALLY solves that problem by connecting to all of your contacts calendars and showing you the best day based upon their availability! Whether you have the latest technology or live off the grid, Availabled works for everyone who can receive email and text.
Simply access your personalised webpage, see the event details, indicate if you are attending or not and party!
Availabled is the first application to be platform agnostic by working within the current communication ecosystem. We want to be an awesome way to create events and get more people catching up, with less stress!
How it works
• CREATE A GROUP FROM YOUR CONTACTS: Anyone in your phone contacts can be added to an Availabled Group. Even if they've just got an email and if they don't have the app installed!
• GET THEM TO INTEGRATE THEIR CALENDAR: Once notified that they've been added to the group (via text or email) - They'll be instructed to create an Availabled account and integrate their calendar. If they don't have one - or don't want to - no issues - they'll still get event invitations, but you won't be able to see their availability.
• CREATE AN EVENT: Use the simple Create Event flow to find the best date to host your event - Your friends will be notified via text and email and indicate if they can come or not! If they have a calendar integrated - boom - Availabled directly adds the event into their digital calendar - no more need to double up!
• CATCHUP / SEE EACH OTHER / PARTY - Self explanatory really.
