This app update provides an option to enable reminders for your daily check-ins.
App is pretty basic, you're just answering questions, but when it's the same questions everyday and you have the same answers everyday, there should be a way to answer all at once. What about when you get vaccinated? Will there be an option to enter that data and exempt you from the check in process?

Improving App
The overall technology of this app seems basic, but it is effective in what my company is trying to achieve.
Functionality is much improved from the beginning of Covid and I have minimal if any struggles with the interface.
Our company was frustrated with the mistakes being made on the drop downs, so they were able to take that feedback and create a confirmation page for a final review before the answers were submitted much reducing errors/cost.
One call it took longer than expected to get a call back to talk through symptoms before reporting to work, but the other times I have not had an issue.

Easy, basic app
Like another reviewer posted, the app is very basic and easy to use. I have never had any problems with it since our company implemented it last year for Covid. I am not sure if each registered company customizes the question set, but it could have a few more options for those who have been vaccinated and to auto populate the responses when going in regularly to the office.

Does what it’s supposed to do
Required by my company as a part of their COVID plan. Have had no issues logging in. Have used it on WiFi and cellular connections. My biggest complaint was resolved when they added the additional verification step. Not to intrusive and easy to verify answers. Don’t know how this can be done any better.

Still to keep track of who is coming to the office
This basic app is useful to check who is coming into the office and there history with exposure or potential to expose others. Database is kept also to determine if only authorized employees are coming to work in our phases redeployment.

Overall good
The app is a bit hard to use when answering questions. A check box or just tapping on yes or no may be a bit better. Customer service has always been nice and helpful. Overall, I’ve had good experiences when contacting customer service.

Glitchy and Hangs
Required for work. Does the basics for what is required, but constantly hangs or glitches when trying to process the checkin. Slow when jumping around the menu. For what this does, it should not be this slow to process data.

Worst app
Worst covid tracker app ever. I’ve used plenty
of other employer mandated apps. For axiom medical to generate millions in revenue and can’t make a functional basic app that replies on creating a Microsoft to log in, lags/freezes all the time, horrible design/font/layout. Invest in UX. This is shameful and does not make our lives easier. Companies - stop hiring this company. It shouldn’t be this difficult for the user to use or to design an app.

Can’t access photo roll
I spend 10 mins to figure out how to upload my vaccines record which saved as a photo in phone. But application doesn’t provide such kind of option and request I have to physically take a photo. It’s my first so a app have such kind stupid design! But I have to use app the access the office , which is my only choice. Otherwise I’ll dump out app.
