Description
In the AZV app you will find your digiZorgpas which is a proof of membership which has to be shown to your care provider in order to get service via AZV.
You can also see who your general practitioner is, your dentist and your pharmacy and easily contact them by phone or email.
Parents can add the membership card of their children to the app. If the children are younger than 18 years and live on the same address, you can do this from the comfort of your home. If you want to add someone you are taking care of that is not living on the same address, you must contact AZV via [email protected]

You can now choose to open the app using FaceID or TouchID when you register the app for the first time. The process of logging in has been made quicker, since you do not have to press the login button. You will be taken directly to the login screen when you start the app. This update also improves security and fixes some bugs.

In this menu you will find a section for biometrics, which will enable you to use TouchID or FaceID to unlock the app. In the menu you will also find an overview of your current active plans and we have included a link to help you file a complaint. You can now find links to our website and social media in the Contact information section. It is now also more clear whose caregiver you are looking at in the Caregivers section. If you allow us to send you push notifications, the app will now show a badge on the app on the home screen of your phone to display the number of unread messages you have. We heard that switching to another account was difficult to find and took too many steps to use, so we simplified this! We also fixed a few bugs that prevented you from onboarding, like missing GPs, incorrect maximum device errors, and onboarding when your policy has expired. We also fixed a bug that incorrectly showed a message on some devices that a PIN was not set or that your iPhone was jailbroken which prevented the app from starting.

Glitched
Worked well for awhile, this morning i try to login and it says my pin is invalid (i know that i entered the right one). Three tries locks the app, and then i need to reset pin, which is fine, except in order to do that you need to use your house doctor….mine isn’t listed. Can’t reset pin, cant use app, cant go to the doctor

Great app and for sure great idea, indeed we to go full digital. Nice feature to add one or more card member. One suggestion is to make the app load offline or add the azv member card to the wallet. Keep up the great work. Also keep updating the app frequently and include the on duty services.

Difficult to install
Do not install the app, you cannot get through on the page that says.. Put your two digits personal number. To the developer, you have to fix this

Doesn’t work
Tried to register my AVZ. Cant get past entering the last 2 numbers of my ID number. It says the information entered is not valid. I tried deleted and again downloading the app. Nada
