Description

When my daughter was about one year old, she loved bubble popping games. Unfortunately, most of them are insanely expensive, have annoying ads that she accidentally activates, or have complicated setting screens that she gets trapped in.

So, as a first birthday present for her, I developed Baby Bubbles Free. The first 100% free bubble popping game for babies and toddlers that also has NO ADS and NO INTERFACE. Just plain, simple, happy bubble popping fun.

Besides being free, ad free, and having no interface, Baby Bubbles Free offers:
• A soothing lullaby soundtrack
• Bubbles of 7 different colors
• Smart multi-touch support -- pop bubbles without lifting a finger, pop multiple bubbles at once
• Vibration on each pop (if your device supports it)
• iPad support

My daughter is seven now. She still enjoys playing with this app sometimes.

GeekyGirl007,
Thank You To The Developer!!
I actually use this app for myself. It's a great relaxing tool for those that have anxiety or lots of stress to simply watch the bubbles floating by on the screen, very relaxing!
My only complaint is that while you can go to your Settings app and turn off the baby laugh, you can not turn off the soundtrack in the background. I think having relaxing classical music would be great, kinda like the type you hear on the baby Mozart series. However in this app it simply plays the same exact track over and over again, which gets old and extremely annoying after a short amount of time. If the developer added the ability to turn off the soundtrack as well as added a variety of songs that played instead of only one, this would be a five star app easily!
Thank you to the developer for creating an ad free app and making it free! You're not only helping babies but anxiety sufferers too! I can't thank you enough!!
marililac,
Good for young babies
I really like that my baby doesn't have to lift his finger(s) to pop the bubbles. He likes to keep his finger on the screen and drag it around instead of lifting it repeatedly. Some games like this make you lift up your finger every time and with babies, you need to make sure the game will still work even if they leave their finger(s) on the screen. Bravo Baby Bubbles for making this game! I'm not to smitten with the idea of my toddler being attached to a device like most kids these days, but this is the one app I feel deserves an exception. 4 stars only because I think the giggling baby sound effect could be minimized / not giggle so often. But I do like the giggle every once in a while!
LILCHAOS002,
Thank you for updating your app.
I’ve been using your app since you first uploaded it. Your app isn’t just for babies. I have a little bird who was brought to me sick. I used your apps music as form of comfort for her to help them settle into her new environment. In time she recognizes the melody and eventually figured out how to pop the bubbles. So she runs around my screen or simple stand on the screen and pop them and eventually falls asleep while the music plays and the bubbles pop beneath her little feet. Its become an nightly game /routine for her when she settles in for the night. Up until now I’ve had your app on an old iphone so she can still have it to play.
I also introduced it to my nephew and he loves it.
Thank you again so much can’t tell you how much your simple little app make a difference in peoples lives.
Wolfgangpeeps,
Super nice but here’s a suggestion
I downloaded this app for my little brother which is only 1 year and 2 months old. I first tested it out and honestly it was very satisfying for me. When my brother tried it, he loved it because it pops the bubbles even if he don’t lift his finger and it won’t slide the screen into the home page. Here’s a suggestion of how in the settings app, you can change the color or image of the background so the baby feels more happy. Because personally, I think that the pure black feels a bit lonely or sad. Overall, this game is literally the best game for ALL AGES starting from a couple months old and the best, best game on the App Store ever!!

No way to control sounds
Firstly, this app has ZERO ads, which is so amazing. My toddler really loves playing with this and she likes the giggling baby sounds, but I hate them. There are no settings anywhere to turn off the baby noises or the music, which will continue playing when you exit the app. The only way to make it stop is to fully close the app. It’s truly almost perfect. Almost.
Courageous_angel,
Thank you for creating this but the vibration and lullaby is too much
I found this app in desperation when my toddler became restless in the car. He was instantly hooked. So I tried it out myself and the vibration every time you pop a bubble is freaky and really too much, & I don’t consider myself overly sensitive. I had to put the phone down but it kept buzzing on the table. Also, I agree with a few other folks that it would be nice to have either more choice with songs or the ability to turn off the music. I don’t think I’ll let him play much until that vibration can be deactivated. But I’ll be sure to check back! I love your inspiration!
spitfaceMcGee,
THAAAANK YOUUU!
this is EXACTLY what I needed for my baby! he has started reaching with intent, so I started looking for apps to interest him. the ones that responded to simple touch worked well..... for about four seconds until he'd bump an add!! waiting patiently for me to get things shifted back to the main event, only lasted a few rounds. interest went out the window when he wasn't permitted to try long enough to affirm that it was him causing affect on the screen.
all in all....
THANK YOU FOR NO STINKING ADDS!!!!
WE APPRECIATE THE WONDERFUL PERSON WHO MADE THIS!!

a simple experience, that AFFIRMS ACHIEVEMENT of touch's cause and effect. you have brought delight to my 5 month old, who is newly getting to fully use his hands again after a long hospital stay.

....AND NO ADDS makes this great game actually USABLE for a baby. thanks for a real solution that's FREE! WOW.
bionicgram_on_IG,
Timothy awesome work
You should charge a buck or two for a clean and useful app like this. I'm so sick of people expecting developers to provide free apps or complaining about paid apps. Enough about that! You saw a need and volunteered your time to help make a child's app that can potentially help parents in certain moments when they need it. Thank you! I hope you create another app that earns you some income now that you have proven yourselfu in the App Store.
horrible cramps,
Is a awesome game
I am 10 years old and I play this game I am blind and I needed something easy so I search for bubble popping and I stumbled across this for a game I love the music in the background unfortunately I cannot change the settings for myself but that’s my only complaint I love playing the game and hearing the relaxing music and bubbles thank you for making this free and my cousin Kinley who is only one love the play this game two
snowypanda86,
Love this app - would love it more if I could disable vibrate
My 6.5 month old son loves to hold the phone with this app running, and I can feel safe knowing he won't delete anything. Thank you!

One idea for improvement: It would be really awesome if I could disable the vibrate that happens with every bubble pop. I find it annoying and worry it will drain my battery.
