The new super educational application, kind of learning alphabet games!
It is suitable for toddlers aged from 2 till 4. Kids like to collect puzzles at that age. So the idea to combine ABC and picture-puzzles is simple but it is has the capacity to capture the child and help him not only to memorize the alphabet but also to develop attentiveness, assiduity and logical thinking.
The game is comprised of 26 cards for the number of English alphabet’s letters and 10 additional cards with figures. A lovely locomotive with a wagon-letter appear at the begging of each card and then the child have to drag a picture on a fitting puzzle. The classical ABC principle is that each word should start from the respective letter. The funny little letters arise after successful completeness of four cards. Catch them all!

The Counting Portion is Disappointing
I paid for the full set because my 18mo son absolutely loves the game. He wants to play every morning. The graphics are beautiful, the music isn’t annoying even with it playing repeatedly, but I was sorely disappointed by the counting section. In the pictures, it shows multiple apples, so I figured it would have multiple of one thing that the child would be counting as they placed the pictures in the slots. The counting level actually consists of just random pictures totaled up to the number, which a toddler will not easily differentiate from following the alphabet section. Please consider changing this, as I feel awfully mislead.

Purchasing is a game in itself!!
After you tap on one of the unavailable tiles you get to the screen where you would expect to be offered the option to purchase, and you are presented with nothing. However, for whatever reason, the option is the on the screen but it’s invisible.
What I did was to try tapping everywhere on the screen so see if maybe that was the case and it turns out it was. I believe for me it was somewhere around the middle, but if that doesn’t with for you, you may just want to try random places. So weird.

Great and stimulating game for my two y/o.
Paid to unlock the full game and was able to initially unlock without issue. After a day, the app stoped producing audio (I’m a computer technician for apple, so I performed all the troubleshooting steps I would normally do for any other customer) to no success. Once I deleted and reinstalled the app, I was no longer able to restore my purchases on any of my devices (even though it clearly states my restore was successful). Attempted to contact the developer, but he doesn’t have a contact email on his website... just a Russian phone number and address. Developer, if you actually read your reviews, please get in touch with your customers and provide a contact email in your website. You make great games but your customer service options are horrible. I’ll also be submitting an escalation directly with AppleCare in order to receive a refund.

This game is very cute and my grandson loves it. I bought all of the games and only the first 2 will would open. There were no responses to requests for help, until after I figured out how to get the restore to work. Be aware that you will need to read all of the reviews to learn what to do. Also notice the developer has seen endless requests about the same problem and yet does nothing to fix the site or augment directions. I only heard from the developer today only after I was finally able to make it work. No apology, no offer to refund the 3 purchases, instead of 1, to fix it. My grandson loves the game, otherwise would not have gone to all of this trouble. So, developer, I have updated my review for you. Please learn some customer service skills, and quit over-charging! And maybe apologize.

I Purchased this app and it will not let me unlock pass the sample letters
I downloaded the trial app. My grandson loves to play this so I went ahead and purchased the app so we could unlock the rest of the letters. But it will not let me unlock any more letters when I try to it says restore. I click on the restore button and then it tells me my purchase has been restored. But I still cannot unlock any of the other letters! If I can’t fix this I will go to iTunes and get a refund.

Can’t purchase
This is a great game for toddlers, but it’s too bad that I can’t purchase the full version. I tried both reinstalling on my original device and installing anew on other devices, but there is no purchase option either way. After a few tries, I gave up. There’s no reason to give the developers my money if they obviously don’t want it.

Great Game and Customer Service!
My daughter is 16 months and loves this app, and her grandma was extremely happy with the app and how well my daughter could catch on.
I couldn’t figure out how to restore the purchase I made so I emailed the creator and they are soooo quick to respond. They are also extremely patient as I couldn’t figure where to find the item to tap, and sent me screenshots to guide me.

My 2 y/o nephew fell in love with this game and after a week he is finally learning letters. If you’re reading this please look at the review posted on Dec 1 it gives the instructions for the roundabout way of getting the other levels. I’m excited to see my nephew continue to learn and grow.

I Figured Out How to Purchase!!!
My daughter loves this game and I was disappointed to see that there was no way to actually purchase the rest of the levels! But I figured it out!
1. Click on one of the locked levels.
2. There is a simple math equation that I looked pasted every time... 1+1=
3. So you have to click the number 2! Once you do that the purchase page comes up. BUT it wasn’t that easy.
4. So do the purchase (2.99 BTW), put in your password, etc. Once I did that nothing happened and I thought I lost 2.99. Thankfully the fix is easy.
5. Leave the app, open again and repeat steps 1-4 and it will say “You’re all set!” and bingo you have all the levels!!

Couldn’t transfer to iPad
I purchased the app on my iPhone 10. The problem was when my son swiped the objects into place, it activated the features on my phone and closed the game. I then attempted to use the app on my iPad using the same Apple ID. I was unable to do so. There’s a button indicating that I can restore my purchase. When you press it, it says that the purchase is restored, but nothing happens. I shouldn’t be forced to pay another $2.99 so my kid can play a game I already purchased on another one of my devices.
