Login is messed up.
After creating an account it will ask for your email and password to log in. Don’t use your email. Use your user nickname that you created. And be sure to use a Capital because it is case sensitive. After that you’ll be fine

Doesn’t work - waste of time
You sign up and then he account doesn’t recognize you. You can’t log in which means you can’t use the device. This is a scam. Someone needs to report them.

Works, but not with Health app
It works as advertised but wish it would export to Apple Health, maybe in a future update.
