Bakery is FREE and easy to use.
1) Select a pastry that you want to bake
2) Set the timer for up to 2 hours
3) Start baking while you GET THE FUDGE OFF YOUR PHONE!
You can turn off your screen while your pastry is baking. Just make sure not to exit Bakery for too long or your bake could burn! Reopen Bakery within 10 seconds to save your bake.
We're just getting started with Bakery, but right now you can do quite a lot:
• Bake from 5 minutes up to 2 hours
• Earn coins for successful bakes
• Buy new recipes with the coins you've earned
• Unlock up to 12 different baked goods (with more to come!)
• Your bake continues while your screen is off
• Remove burnt pastries from your display case
• Earn golden pastries when you go for 2 hours
• Each pastry has 5 different levels of difficulty
• See your progress in the display case

Muahahhaha. Bam! We took it up a notch with these spicy exiting rules. Now you can't talk to Siri, look at notifications, or even pretend to switch apps while Baking. (You can get a call tho, but you better not answer :p) It's out of love, ya?

Bug fixes! Hot out of the oven...
► FIXED Crash when you unlock all the baked goods
OK, so I didn't want to tell you this, but there is a special screen for people who collect all the baked goods. But unfortunately, that little easter egg became a terrible nightmare! If you collected everything, the app would crash from your overwhelming awesomeness. Sry if that happened to anyone!!! We :heart: you!!!

Sorry about that lil' SE. Our haptics were making you go a little cray cray.

Store modal got too big for it's britches. We fixed that by just using tabs instead. Now your baked goods won't look like monsters on the iPhone 11. If you liked how that looked, well I'm sorry we can't help you ;D.

I know many of you would like to bake while you sleep. While I would not recommend this in real life, in Bakery it's perfectly safe! Enjoy night time bakes that keep you off your phone while you slumber. Wait you're just trying to earn more coins aren't you? Clever, clever. =)

When you click on a burnt baked good in your Display Case, you'll be asked if you want to clear out all of your burnt good history for $0.99. I don't know about you, but those burnt goods bug me. I'll probably be the first one to purchase this, lol.

Bakery’s first BIG update!
► NEW Name, “Bakery” is now "Bake Off"
It was really hard to tell our friends about Bakery cause they could never find it in the store (cough cough Bakery Story grumble grumble). So we thought the name Bake Off still captured “Baking while away from your phone”.
► FIXED Big Bad Burning Bug
There was a bug running around that would randomly burn pastries from time to time. But we found him and kindly asked him to leave.
► NEW Bottom Tab Bar
Now you can see your Display and peruse the Store at your leisure. Don’t worry about it getting in the way, the bottom tab bar hides when you’re baking.
► NEW Date Selector
Now you can see how many items you baked today, this week, month, or even year! Just scroll down to see your many accomplishments.
► IMPROVED Made it easier to bake great things
The new bake levels are 15 min, 30 min, 60 min, and 120 min. It'll make it a bit easier to bake nicer things (and get a few more coins while you're at it).
► Turned off cleaning up baked goods in the Display Case (this needs a bit of work to fix and will be back in the next release)

I literally love this app, It’s extremely helpful
First of all, this app is super helpful. I always use my phone a lot when I’m studying or writing in my case because I’m very easily distracted. At first, I didn’t like the app because of the notifications but soon realized that my work and study habits got even better the more I used the app. I started to try and challenge myself and put the timer to two hours to see if I really would use it and get distracted but surprisingly, I didn’t. I’ve mastered how to not get distracted and how to take small breaks with the timer. It’s a true glory to how I’ve gotten less lazier and tired of studying and really does improve your study habits. If you have problems with notifications pop up that it’ll make you get distracted, this app could be a bit irritating to you at first but as you use it more and more, you’ll get used to it and eventually use it in your everyday life. I guarantee you won’t regret using this app at all!

Great but....(UPDATE!)
I love this app I’ve seen others out there but none with baking I use it all the time it’s so cute i love it but if I get a message or any other notifications I can click on the Notification and it will take me right to that site and I can get out and go on any app I want without my baked item being affected or burned it is not penalize me for going on any apps unless I go onto the Bakery app then it will sort of I guess reset and it will start counting again if I get off the app but especially when I’m listening to music I hear the little I notifications it’s truly tempting to just go on there because I know I cannot be stopped and it will not burn my recipe also it would be nice if after you finish a recipe there is an option for a five minute timer or 10 for a break and during that time you can be on other apps and then you can get back baking so if you could fix that that be really nice and I’d be happy to give you a 5 star review :) pls get back to me :)

Perfect for me!
I loveeeee this app! It helps so much with schoolwork and school. I use it to do homework or in classes when we are doing tests as a sort of alibi or even just to keep off my phone in class. It sometimes says it will start to burnif I shut off my phone, but it goes away after I open it back up and close my phone again (and if I don't, it doesn't burn it either way). One thing I would LOVE to see is being able to click on the dessert and see how long it was since a fully formed dessert could be an hour to almost two. This is way better than other apps like flora because you actually feel like you get more of a reward the longer you go. :-) Love it!

Loving it so far, just one thing.
I love this app. It’s perfect for if you have trouble focusing and doing homework because it motivates you to get work done so you can get more recipes. I’ve only had this for a day but it’s great. The only complaint I have is that you cannot pause the timer. I understand it’s so that you don’t get distracted but I mostly work at night and I like to eat with my family so I need to be able to pause and unpause the timer. Also, I usually listen to Lofi music while studying, but I noticed that if you listen to music while you have a timer set it burns your pastry. Again, I understand it’s so that you don’t get distracted, but maybe you could have the choice to be able to access the music app if you want to. I know a lot of other people listen to music too while studying. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this app for studying. So cute and aesthetic :)))

Great for work/study focus
I have never written a review on any app before, but this deserves one. I wanted a simple app that would motivate me to put my phone down for certain amounts of time without any crazy frills. This app is perfect for that. You can set times for up to two hours. It will “burn” your bake if you aren’t successful, which is great for encouraging me to stay on track, but also not too devastating if I do need to hop on my phone in the middle of a session. Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying I do love this app!!! It is great at helping you focus and not diverge from tasks! It’s perfect for when I’m studying!
The only two problems I have with it are; number one, I wish it offered longer than two hours of focusing time in one go.
Number 2; I wish it had more desserts to choose from! I’ve unlocked all of them and I just wish there were more because then it would encourage me to use the app even more!!!

AMAZING APP!!! PLEASE USE
This app has helped me focus on homework incredibly and it makes time go so much faster when your doing. I love how it’s free and fun to use because you get to bake different types of foods and you have to use the timer for a certain amount of time to get coins to get different foods. I use this timer to get homework done because if I get off the app the food I made burns and I failed and I hate when that happens. Really recommended if you have trouble focusing in online school or while do homework

I love it!
I absolutely love this app! From choosing what pastery you want to pick, from the timer going up to TWO hours! I also love the details! For example, the longer you make the timer, the more detail you’ll get on the pastery tour baking.. chocolate chips, frosting, fruit, etc.. I would 100% definitely recommend downloading this app, especially for a person like me; who gets distracted easily.

Love It!
I love this app so much! It’s great for keeping me focused on my schoolwork and daily tasks. The one issue I do have with it is that it doesn’t send any notifications or ring when the time is up. I prefer to keep my screen off when I’m working so that I don’t drain my battery but, without any indication that time is up, I tend to work for a bit longer than I intend to. Aside from that, I really like it. I find the baking theme to be a lot more fun than the symbolism of similar apps and websites.

Love it but app keeps on burning my things when I turn off my phone and do nothing
I love how this is an alternative app for forest and it’s free and the amount of stuff you can bake and how it encourages you with coins but, I don’t understand how sometimes, I turn off my phone and doesn’t do anything on it and then it just burns the item I am baking. I didn’t go on any other apps but that and when I try to clean up my burnt goods for 99 coins, I touch yes but I cleans nothing. So if someone can resolve this for me that would be helpful. Thanks!
