Description
A powerful, yet simple way to plan and and track your barbell weight lifting.
You can quickly create a workout, with the type (e.g. Squat), weight, repetitions, sets, and rest time between sets. You can use that workout to track your progress from warmups through your planned sets. You can override all the settings during an exercise. (Say you only got through 2 sets instead of 3, or you need more rest between sets, or you were able to do 7 reps instead of the 5 you planned).
You can invoke timers automatically, or manually.
Optionally you may save a history of your workouts on your calendar.
Optionally you may record HealthKit data for your workouts.
Optionally (in-app purchase subscriptions, monthly and annual) view progress of each type of workout.
In-app Progress Subscription Description
BarBell Work now allows you to purchase either a monthly or annual subscription to view your progress for each workout (e.g. Squats). Progress is measured by calculating the estimated "One Rep Maximum" for each of your workouts.
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account when your purchase is confirmed. It will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period
(monthly or annually), unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
You may manage your subscriptions (e.g. turn off auto-renewal) by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
