We will begin to teach them how to self-regulate and build up their emotional resilience in a gentle and supportive way. Psychological and emotional safety is incredibly important for children. Everything we do during Sleep School is building up their sense of security in you as their caregiver, and trust in the sleep process. If they feel safe in their beds, they will more easily go to sleep and get better quality rest.

Still some issues with the app
I use a Sonos for my mantra and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t want to play, and other times it will be silent for a few loops and then go back to the mantra.
Once I’m in the mantra section I can’t go back to the main chat. I have to quit the app and go back in. This means I can’t use the chat while using the mantra.

Temporary fix
You essentially strap your kid down to their bed and as soon as you eliminate that they revert right back to their old habits. Waste of $1000

Can’t send Message
The new update causes your messages to instantly delete moments after sending and there is no other way to contact the team for sleep help.

New Version is terrible
With the update, every time I open the app I need to login and get a code from my wife’s email. The New version also doesn’t allow the entire mantra to play, I have to choose the beginning mantra (night night sweet child) or the rest of it (you are safe you are loved) with no option to loop the two together.
