Fun but short
I enjoyed the hack and slash, and I can do other RL things between combat rounds. There is a definite end to the excitement once you beat all the feats, though.

So I risked paying to play this app, and I was not even disappointed! The two dollars worth for me to play the tutorial, along with the whole campaign is great! I absolutely love this game to the point and I feel like if you can, add more content to the game so that there’s an actual ending to Battleloot Adventures!
I love this game to the point I actually completed all the quests with the ‘gold coin’ expectations. If you make a free Battleloot Adventures 2, it would be worth it and I would be honored if I can be one of the first to play Battleloot Adventures 2!

Great game but needs more content
This game was one of the beat put together turn based gases I've played. Very well build and responsive, good overall look and feel. It was shorter than I'd like but hopefully an update with more content can fix that! I played the whole thing and didnt need to pay for any in game purchases which I appreciate.

Micro Transactions
I understand why so many games in the appstore have micro transactions; they need to make money for their apps. But when you already paid money to BUY the game, when they ask me to spend MORE money on in app purchases it makes me feel cheated.
The game itself feels solid. But I'm afraid of getting invested, and hitting a pay wall. I bought this with the intention of a full game; not a game that I have to spend even more money to complete.

First impressions.
Nifty little game. Not much in the ways of epic storyline, but if you've been having a hankering for a technically solid turn-based RPG, spend the dollar. You won't regret it. (The comparisons to Battleheart and Mario RPG are wildly inaccurate. The only semblance of likeness is that you have to tap a character to block with minimal timing.)
What I consider a more valid description is something along the lines of "Touch-centric, turn-based RPG with great mechanics and visuals, but the personality of a very, very early Final Fantasy that never made it out of Japan until someone made it into a soulless port on the PSP."

Fun game but needs a bit of polish
Overall, the game is well made. Good graphics, sound, gameplay. It's a fun turn based RPG/strategy game.
The one thing I'd really like to see in it is a help screen that explains the rock-paper-scissors mechanics (which colors are better than others). Having to go back to the tutorial every time I forget is ridiculous (and I forget all the time).
One more thing - I've had the same bug as others of trying to tap on enemies - sometimes it just doesn't work.

Wonderful, but...
Really fun, awesome art style and good gameplay. Would be 5, but as others have pointed out, there are minor issues. Things such as not being able to mute the music/sounds, with that the lack of a settings screen is weird. Also not being able to see simple info in a menu, like from the tutorials, is annoying. Other than that though, definitely worth the 99¢. People complaining about IAP have no argument.

Stunning Graphics and Fun Gameplay
It is a great rpg with amazing graphics and a simple yet fun battle system. The quests and customization add a high enjoyment value to the game and it was a dollar well spent! The game is a tad on the short side, but it was fun while it lasted and there is talks of multiplayer being added in a future update..
Also, the IAP is totally optional and are not necesary to enjoy the game in anyway. I did not buy a single IAP and can still afford all the best equipment for my party.

Touch done right!
This is a GREAT touch screen RPG. So many RPGs on the AppStore don't take advantage of the device they are on. Finally someone built a game for our touch devices and didnt try to make a tradition RPG "work". The game just feels right and everything in combat makes sense.
Not to mention the game itself is BEAUTIFUL, and the story is silly and cool. Great RPG. Good job!
One thing tho, can you guys slow the story text in the intro down a bit. It moves to fast at its current speed.
