Concerns
1) no way to get help/provide feedback via the app
2) I’m in the stands every single home game and the app will tell me that I’m not close enough to the event or prevent me from checking in at all
3) it would be great if we could get rewards at away games

Geofencing wrong - losing points
The app is checking me into events close to the Ferrell center like todays tennis match which only 50 point Sonys I miss the special 5 basketball game card. I don’t have tickets to tennis. I am sitting in my season ticket seat in the Ferrell center for the men’s game against Texas. I can’t believe there is not functionality to correct when the app checks me into the wrong event.

Fun Idea! Needs Lots of Improvement
(1) Misses many games - please get all Football, MBB, WBB, Volleyball, Soccer and other games on there! The calendar needs to be up to date and comprehensive!
(2) Baylor HISTORY for Trivia - all of the trivia is from things that happened that week… Maybe incorporate a Bonus Baylor Sports History question. Baylor buffs would enjoy the trivia wayyy more if it were Baylor Sports History questions. The more questions the better!
(3) Provide some opportunities for jackpot points! - it is a real slog trying to get points. And I do not miss a single Baylor game. If you want people to use it consistently and not give up, they need to have some more fun with it and have the opportunity to get some big points. Maybe a “streak” will get you a +100 bonus or something? (4) Agreed on getting points for away games - that should definitely be rewarded. Extra points for going to a bowl game, March Madness game, etc…
(5) I live in Houston and miss out on the fun of QR code’s and such in Waco. Can you please incorporate ideas to reward loyalty to checking alumni emails or something like that? Scan the QR code on an alumni email?

Add Class of 2024
I’m going to be a freshman and there is no option for me to say i’m Class of 2024 when creating an account. We’re about to be on campus so it would be a good time to add this option.

Can’t check-in to games anymore, half the time the trivia doesn't take my answers before timing out. Not very fun anymore… :(

App doesn’t work well. Points not registered for games attended and tickets purchased. There is no one to reach out for assistance.
