barely functional/actually insane
this is pretty much the only way to get on campus now that print ID's are useless, and the app will encounters a bug and denies access every time you attempt to open it. it's a real vicious cycle CUNY has going here, espc with all the cops they put at the doors to check your App exclusive ID. I guess if you ever manage to get into the app, screencap everything, cuz good luck getting in again.

Thank you so much for this update. Before I had to wait for the loading wheel by the 4G/LTE symbol to stop loading completely, otherwise it wouldn't open my ID, now it work a little bit faster and I still have to wait for the wheel, but only until the logout becomes bold, even if the wheel is still spinning!! Thank you.

The app kept crashing and submit a bug report or get the latest update (something along those lines). I couldn’t access my ID at all to get on campus but thank goodness Cleared4Pass was available. Anyways, I deleted the app and downloaded it again and now it shows my ID and green key. Please fix the crashing issue though

Figured out how to work around bug
I think I figured out how to get the app open for those who keep having it close on them/not open.
Go to app settings and turn off auto sign in and turn off cellular data connection. Open the app without cellular data and it will cause it to reset. Turn cellular data back on and sign in.

App Broken
App broken. Connection fail error causes app to return the following error when I try to use the app with 5bars or wifi leaving the app useless: “Connection Failed-Please check your network connection, or try again later. While offline, some information may be unavailable.” Update: We can agree that Brooklyn College needs a stronger Wifi connection☠️

Can’t even open the app.
Crashes before it even loads. I tried making space on my phone by deleting pictures&apps, as well as having it be the only app open and nothing works. Saw a review suggesting to modify some of the settings of the app, didn’t work either.

An app as horrible as the website
Actually much worse than the website. Doesn’t even open, super buggy, always crashing. Can we get an app that actually works, or else don’t require us to use these apps? Who even made this

doesn’t keep you logged in
It’s the only way to get inside the campus, every time you need to use it the app does not allow you in automatically. You have to sign in each and every single time or it won’t work

It’s not working. It’s not letting me open the app. This is the message that appears:”The application Han encountered an error-Please check for an updated version, or submit a bug report so that we may fix the problem.”

Does not show any of my information, only black spaces where I should see my courses and my appointments, etc under my info
Update: realized it’s because my phone is in dark mode. The apps dark mode text must Be black such that when in dark mode all you see is blackness. Pls fix this
