Ninjarican,
Add Audio Order Mode!
This app is fantastic. The thing that would make it perfect is if you had an audio option. What I mean is having the image above their head is great but it’s unrealistic. Also some of the drinks look quite similar so I find myself having to check fairly often exactly which is which. Now although this isn’t a PROBLEM per se, it not only would increase efficiency if the customers actually shouted out their orders but you could actually get rid of the images entirely and help people actually hone their skills for a more difficult and realistic experience. Like the hardest mode would be no image just yelling out the order once (and perhaps you could tap them to have them repeat it) then a medium difficulty would be just the image as the game is now, and then an easy mode would be both audio and visual cues from the customers. Another difficulty increasing thing would be making the timer go down while you check a drink recipe OR not even being allowed to check the drink recipe at all. Great job with the app either way though because I’m learning and memorizing things without trying and I love it! Everybody well done!

Fantastic
So far since I have downloaded it I feel like I am at work, which is great. It gets you to have quick thinking and honestly it’s a breeze once you start to get familiar with it. It does and can become challenging though, do not let me fool you in that. Going to play a few rounds before bed, it’s that addicting!

Ok updating review after a while… STILL LOVE IT.
I find it great and actually has helped me at work.
Great app. Best one so far because it’s a similar setting besides the angry walk always! But I guess that can be any work environment in many ways.
SanityRing,
Love the game and…
I enjoy the game! I’m trying to become a bartender so this is a helpful way to get familiar with drinks and their ingredients. I’ve learned a lot and know better how to prioritize who’s drinks to make (further into the higher levels). Like some of the other reviews mentioned, it would be nice if there could be a practice round or at the very least when a new drink is unlocked, making its recipe known at the time in addition to the fun facts. A feature I also would love to see is an extra mat or two, so basically being able to make and start multiple drinks at once rather than only one at a time. That said, I am enjoying the game!
lololloollo,
Very good but could use some gameplay improvements
Love the game and is a great idea, I think you should add a practice mode where there are no guests but we can practice making the drinks to understand it better, and maybe add more time to some guests because it goes by pretty fast. Or another suggestion I would say is get rid of the wait time and instead have a timer above the person so that the more time passes after let’s say 30 seconds you get less and less stars as time passes, just feel like it will make the game less stressful. Also maybe add a chat bar with the person saying what they want as well, helps better than just the picture. Overall it’s really good.

Good but buggy
Just got this yesterday, and while I love the variety of drinks, the concepts, and animations, there are a few glaring issues: - no difficulty setting, just super fast (almost impossible to satisfy all customers later on) - customer satisfaction meter seems to be decrease at random and changing rates with no explanation - some items have misleading images (e.g. what looks like lemon garnish is actually lime garnish) - after 40 days in game seems to go on endless, definitely a bug In short the game has potential and I’ll continue to play it, but it needs to improve on user experience. I would pay a buck or two to purchase an extended, improved version of this.
AO2519,
Great for practice!
I hope the developers look at this feedback and continue to expand this game! I truly love the app; it’s incredibly useful to practice recipes. I do wish you could switch it so that the customer says the drink name instead of seeing a photo, that would be more realistic. Down the line I would love the option to create custom recipes that could be added to the cocktails the customers order, or maybe even add different alcohol brands. Still loving it for what it currently offers
Carlee Grace,
Great game! Has some bugs.
This game is super fun! I love all the different drinks and ingredients available. I like how some drinks are shaken and some are built in the glass. However, the time you have to make drinks is way to short. It is basically impossible to complete a level with a perfect score. Also, sometimes the time meter will randomly speed up and fail you quicker than it should have. I also think it would be fun to have an endless game mode. Where you can just make drinks without the repercussions until you want to quit. But overall, this is a great and fun game!

Drink titles
The game is a great game to learn with. The downfall is the fact that you sometimes a lot of the times have to click the image to see what the customer actually wants. The picture alone isn’t really great due to the fact that some drinks look alike. Then it would also install the drinks name in our head. I find it takes up more time trying to see exactly what they want and constantly clicking the picture just to see the name of the drink. Then when the drink is done sometimes it doesn’t place to the customers easily. You have to try a few times to get it to the customer.
AndySmo,
I don’t often care enough, but this pushed bottons
I was pining for my bartender days, so I decided why not?
Well first because it’s a brand game. I don’t have a problem with that on its own but it’s nothing more than an advertisement for their drinks. Most of your first unlocks are three different Gin and Tonics using three different Beefeater Gins.
Which brings me to number two, the cocktails represented make no sense. The margarita and old fashioned, the two most popular drinks right now, are the last to be unlocked. The classics like the Manhattan and Mule are missing.
But what if you don’t care about this stuff, it’s just a casual game. Third, it’s not casual. There’s nothing casual about a bar full of people complaining that you can’t finish the multi drink orders instantly.
Yaniaya,
Perfect game for anyone pursuing bartending!
I am starting bartending school soon and I had been feeling extremely anxious and overwhelmed about the idea of actually getting behind the bar. This game literally gave me relief for my anxiety almost instantly by giving me a digestible way to get familiar with different drinks and what they entail instead of having to learn under the pressure of being in front of real people. Absolutely loving it so far!
