One year of experience
I started playing this game exactly on October 31 at 11 pm going into November 1st of 2018. Here I am exactly one year later to tell you it was quite a fun ride. I have a full streak of 365 days of continuous log in, and apart from a few lazy days where I don’t do everything I can, I progressed pretty smoothly through the game. Yes, of course there are the classic p2w methods of any mobile game. But alas, even though there is some pressure to buy and become a VIP, that doesn’t mean it will halt your progress if you don’t- one of the better p2w mobile game models I’ve seen as of late. Even with my late start and not completely min maxing the living heck out of the game at every opportunity I was still able to stick pretty close to the mid/top of the players in my server. There are many events that give great rewards And keep the game refreshing and fun, and many constant updates keep you covered and show the interest the developers have in their own work. It’s a project made with care, and really does keep you engaged and wanting more. For me this game is a high 3 or low 4, but since I’ve had a particularly good time it is a 4 for me. Thank you, and I will continue playing this game.

Good game but it’s tends to be unfair to other players.
I’ve been playing this game for about 5 months this game came out somewhere in September or October and I really like this game and I’ve been addicted to this ever since. There are lots of things that you can do in the game. But my biggest problem is that the game tends to keep the same top 3 or 4 players with the same name tag with the same servers almost constantly and hardly rarely give other servers a chance to get rewards and always get pushed down to the last of the list no matter how many times they play it. This seems very unfair to a lot of players and it’s getting very ridiculous. It’s starting to seem that some players have been cheating their way through to win. I’ve been trying to collect some tokens for recruits to unlock new characters. I was very close to winning to receive a token but all of the sudden I get shoved down to the list of winning players and didn’t get any tokens. I’m not liking that I have to buy certain things with real money which I never did to get VIPs. I wish that I could use in game golds that I worked hard on earning to rank up on VIPs instead of real money.

Really enjoy
I have been playing this game for a while and I really enjoying it, for the most part unlike other games I feel I don’t really have to spend money on this game even though their are some things that look interesting that cost money but like I said I believe the developer did a good job making this game not pay to win ( so far hopefully stays this way). The only reason why I have this game a 4 is because it’s not perfect. For one half the time I have no idea what I’m doing, theirs special events that I have no idea how to participate in and a few other things in the game that doesn't make a lot of sense. But I’m happy for once were I can play a game and don’t feel like I’m being destroyed by someone who has a deeper pocket book then me. I may end up editing this but since this is getting long my biggest complaint is upgrading my retainers, I don’t want to have to rapidly tap a button 79times to get a level 1 up to level 80 so if you could fix that, that would be great.

The powerful always wins
I have been playing for a while. I enjoy the game but never win any events. I have spent a fair share of real money just to win one event. It really doesn’t matter about the tactics you use, even if you work with a great group, only the powerful will win every event every time and then when you try to win, it definitely comes at a cost of real money. So I ask myself why do I keep playing? The answer is it is a fun game even though no one else ever wins any event or even gets a chance to win. If you try to win or even help out during the cross server events, the more powerful on your sever tells you to not play or we will become a farm for the tribunals. There should be more protection from the more powerful players so everyone can play and not have to worry about being a farm for the more powerful players or even limit how many times that the more powerful player attack the weaker players. No new players have a chance to even begin to win at anything. So don’t even try. Even if you spend thousands of real money on the game. You still will not win or even catch up on this game. The powerful players always gets more free stuff as well.

DO NOT GET....Devs are a joke
On the 10th of June my account was hacked by a person on my server. I immediately emailed in game help and they suggested that I change my password. So I did, the next day the guy that I believe hacked my account was going on about things that I had wrote to in game help. I emailed customer service outside of the game and they changed my already changed password. I sent them Apple receipts and all sorts of screenshots! Nothing happened! Their customer service is a joke, their in game help is a joke! They have done nothing and it is not like my account is a vip0. I have been playing for 473 days and my account is $151 away from being vip7. The devs have no desire to take action against the person who committed a crime by stealing and using what I paid real life money for to make my account unusable, nor are they willing to restore my account. If you have made the mistake of getting this game I honestly hope that you never need to contact customer service. I also hope that you do NOT encounter Moonshyn/AlmighteDaji. My next step is taking this to Apple, with the screenshots of in game help and any interaction I have had with this game’s customer service!

Gold Broke
I love this game so much. There’s strategy and many features and events that make it interesting. I play all the time, and it’s one of the few games I’m willing to put a little money into. Unfortunately, gold purchasing has been broken for a while, and it’s very frustrating.
This has caused features, like the Academy, to slow down, which makes those that already had a leg up more powerful and those of us that were catching up lag behind even more. There are very few ways in the game outside of gold to get an Academy token, and since there are fewer tokens to go around, there are way fewer Academies being held. Since getting a spot in an Academy is based on Merit, only the top brass have access to the Academy now. That’s a significant advantage. I would rather have gold purchasing fixed than anything else in the game updated. Please fix this!

The ONLY way you will be anywhere near the top is to spend a crap ton of real life money. With spending real money you’re wasting your time. It’s not just a little money here and there either if you want to seriously advance in this game. They’ll sucker you in to just spending $5-10 here or there but before long you realize that the top players on each server have literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars. The top ranked player on my server is VIP rank 11 (it goes higher). The only way to rank up your VIP rank is by purchasing in game currency with real world currency. Rank 11 is 4,000,000 gold purchased. The best “deal”/ratio to purchase gold is $100 real money for 6,800 gold. This mean that fool has at least nearly $59,000 real money on the game. We’ve asked him how he can afford so much on a free to play game and he just says he’s a very wealthy, older man.
Also, the servers can become annoying because your big spenders can dictate how things go and I’ve seen several cases of bullying where either you go along with what they want or they make it even harder on you to level up.

Be prepared to spend serious money on this game
The developers are pretty stingy. If you buy $100 worth of gold you will get 6800 gold, along with another 4000 gold in bonuses. However, you will need to belong to an alliance and the best ones require you to spend 200 gold every day on an advanced build. Then there are the banquets which cost 100 to attend and your player will get retainers and confidants. To develop these you will need to buy thing like hearts (which convey your intimacy to the confidants) and scrolls which convey aptitude to the retainers. Just to give you an idea, one scroll costs 300 gold in the store and it may not even work to convey any aptitude at all. I have bought scrolls and received some free ones as prizes. Only the ones that give one aptitude per retainer are 100% successful. The success rate on 2, 3, 4, and 5 aptitude, is very low. So out of 1,734 scrolls I’ve used, I only got 1,198 aptitude and on several occasions I used up to 8 scrolls in a row and they were all failures. At 300 gold per scroll, that’s 3200 gold or almost $50 worth for nothing. If you have lots of money to spend you might enjoy this game.

Developers do not care
Game was fun for a while until vindictive players and alliances on your own server start bullying you and your alliance (poaching members, singling out for kicking in academy & envoy, alts/fake 2nd alliances to displace your alliance in event rankings)… all things that can keep F2P players/alliances down so they never grow. You can complain to the developers for a year and NOTHING is done about it. They will not punish or ban the frivolous alt accounts that are used against you, or the players who punch down and participate in bullying… and they won’t even introduce a way for you to protect against Envoy snatching. Lastly, as the game goes on alliances and entire servers die… as a result, vindictive & greedy alliances resort to poaching from lesser alliances and steal their players as their own leave (further perpetuating the decline of the game) - the developers don’t stay on top of merging servers to keep things fresh and promote parity and healthy competition - instead they keep creating NEW SERVERS…!! This game will be dead in a year if measures aren’t taken.

Watch out
Guys and lady’s watch out!!!!!! Make sure u bind this game before u even start. U will lose your account and they will not contact u back. I tried to bind my account two times and lost 250$ between them both if not more! First time I tried to bind my first account I lost that one after spending money. Remember the one u start with will not be an actual account but A Guest account and anything u do on that account will be lost so pls right from the start bind it and start with the bonded account. The second time I thought I was bonded to my Facebook and after the update I lost that one as well. U can’t move up in this game unless it’s a new server and welling to spend money or it’s a very slow playing game. This game is more like a hobby because there is no end game to this so before u waste your time and money u might want to wait for a new server to come up so u are not bullied by the ones that spend hundreds if not more and thin u will haft to spend hundreds just to get into A position that u can halfway enjoy game play.
