I only downloaded the app last week, but I'm already feeling more rooted in the moment, and more motivated. I've tried several times to start a journal to try and put my thoughts and feelings to rest on paper — to bemore mindful of how the things happening around me have been affecting me. However, it's always so hard to stay consistent and to keep going even when you aren't, without feeling guilty for missing a day or two. I feel like the simple and thoughtful designs in this app allow you to simply come back and write whenever you want to without the guilt. I don't know how else to describe it, but I feel so peaceful while writing, no matter what I'm writing about. I think the color schemes also play a huge part in adding to that relaxing feeling. The app in general is also just very aesthetically pleasing :)
