Great service
In addition to the fine Belote setup, I was astonished with the thorough and professional response I received on a couple of questions/issues I have shared. Quite unusual for this industry.

Fun game with some serious issues
As far as game play and fairness of the winnings, this Belote / Coinche app is great. When you win, you get a fair amount that is proportionate with what you lose. It’s also easy to win tokens with all the other games and challenges on there. Also like that the ads are mostly voluntary In most cases.
It would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for issues with the game. The main problem is probably their connection speed and their server response time is not adequate for the number of players. Sometimes it plays for you because it thinks you’re not there, other times it throws you out of a game, sometimes it just gets stuck. Their tech support blames it on my connection speed. I know for a fact that is inaccurate.
It’s still ok to play, very annoying though.

Very bad algorithm.. or just rigged.
At first, this seemed like an excellent app, and quickly became my favorite… then I don’t know what happened, but all of a sudden I start to get going on crazy runs of horrible hands. Loss after frustrating loss after infuriating loss..
If it’s just my bad luck, than why is it exclusively this app? I’ll switch to other Belote apps I use, and go back to getting fairly normal hands… I swear I’ve never had as many 7s and 8s as I have on here.

Not working correctly
The app on my iPhone XS is not stable. I have to reconnect a lot even during parties. Too bag because it is fun.

Lots of bugs
1) The app often kicks out of the game and I lose money.
2) If I’m playing with a friend and it kicks out, then there’s no way to get in again.
3) during the game, it will often freeze and won’t allow you to bid or increase the bid.
4) the game isn’t balance well. Even if you win a lot (which is hard given that the app is buggy), eventually you will be out of green coins anyway.
It’s not hard to fix all bugs and it’s not even hard to reproduce them. Just play yourself little bit and you’ll find all of them.

Add makes game stuck
One of the adds (some fire casino add)that supposed to double the winning prize gets stuck and forces to reopen the game, which is also resulting in coin and gem loss instead of 50% chance to get coins doubled.
Please either fix or remove that add.

So many cheaters. Non of the “reporting” suspicious behavior makes any difference dont waste your time. It glitches and makes you loose your turn. It absolute garbage. Such a failure of an app.

Le jeu offre une fonction support. Ce support est sensé permettre de résoudre des problèmes rencontrés sur le jeu. Il n’a en fait jamais résolu quoi que ce soit et m’a sanctionné quand j’ai osé faire remarquer le service catastrophique fourni. A éviter absolument.
Edit: la réponse du développeur ne fait que confirmer le mépris de l’entreprise pour les joueurs. Je n’ai en aucun cas perturbé le jeu, j’ai juste osé réclamer une compensation suite à un préjudice subi.

Ca bug...
Des que je clique pour doubler les coins, ça plante au milieu de la partie. J’ai perdu enormement de coins et surtout des gems comme cela. Ça ne donne pas du tout envie de payer pour en acheter d’autres vu que la moitié sont perdus dans les bugs.
