《歩数での取得》
※歩数計アプリと連動することで、自動的に付与されます
・8,000歩以上/日歩く ＋10pt
《チェックインでの取得》
※メニューのチェックインよりチェックインすると付与されます
・ジム等の施設へのチェックイン ＋10pt
《自己申告での取得》
※ダッシュボードの右下の＋ボタンから申請すると付与されます
・1日3食・遅い夕食は少量に ＋6pt
