Early Success
The app is well designed and functions much like other sportsbooks apps. The only thing is sometimes you can’t see the listed player for MLB props, like strikeout overs. The text doesn’t fit on the screen. If this gets changed, then this is a 5 star app. Looking forward to it becoming real!

App is glitchy
I tried this Sportsbook today and was able to get the new user promo. Everything was working good until I tried to make a $10 bet. You have to slide a little circle from one side to another to confirm it. Every time I did it there was an error and it was not deducting money from my balance. I checked my bets and it placed 4 of the same $10 parlay bets. I contacted support to see if I could could the $30 back from the 3 bets I did not place. Briana from support said it could not be refunded or credited back to me. It’s a little upsetting that I didn’t get anything back especially since this was my first time using it. Hopefully they fix the app soon because there are a lot of things that would not show up for long periods of time such as the odds next to bets. I would make a parlay in SGP and it would take up to 10 minutes before it showed what the final odds were in the bet slip. So far this is the first time I have run into this with a sportbook.

betJACK is an amazing app for Sports Betting
Where do I start, the design of the app is very pleasing to the eye, especially coming from different sports betting apps. The app is very efficient when I go to place live bets on games that are currently in progress. You don’t have to worry about any delay or glitch, like you would on FanDuel or Draft Kings. I would recommend this app to all bettors, no matter the experience they have with sports betting. Keep up the good work betJACK.

Great app. Staff working hard to improve it
There were a lot of issues when this app first came out, but the developers and the staff have been working hard and communicating well to improve it. They have had numerous improvements since it launched. They now have good new player promos, they have great boosts, you can deposit at the cage. Hopefully, they can get PayPal deposits in the future.

Limited betting garbage
I bet on their highlighted “special offers” too much and got limited to max bet now of $0.50 on those special offers. Such a joke of a company to treat a relatively low limit player that way, when I’m literally betting on what you tell me to bet on via your special offers— but apparently those special offers are only for certain people SMH. Do yourself a favor and use one of the many other sports betting apps that treat their players better!

I am a fan of the JACK casino downtown and love how they were able to tie their rewards program into sports betting! Not only does the app rock the actual sportsbook is nicer than Vegas!
The customer service is a great help and responded to my needs very quickly. Knowing that betJACK is Ohio made I won't go anywhere else.

Same as the real thing
I haven’t done a lot of live betting on the app, but the odds and variety of bet selections appear to work like the real thing. My only complaints are purely personal preference: 1. It’s 2022, who doesn’t have a “dark” mode? 2. I can’t stand the font they use

I think I need to make more improvements handicapping than this app needs. I use multiple sportsbooks but will likely start off New Year’s Day with the most in this account because of the betting options and pricing.

Major Update Needed
1. Make it where people can actually spend $5 not $10 to play a parlay.
2. Please please please…add live score. When someone scores you can actually see their score go up or down.
3 Add Apple Pay as deposit.
Other then that this app is making a huge improvement when I was last using it. But that’s the only reason why I left because of the top 3.

Needs work
The app is terrible. Half the features don’t load properly. When trying to make a parlay + bet none of the drop downs work via the app. You have to use the desktop site from your internet browser where they want to you to download a completely different app just in order for them to verify your location, and then that site functionality is just as trash.
