Beyond Weight is a personalized digital lifestyle change App aimed at weight loss for people with obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Proprietary biometric tools are used to assess users’ body composition and set realistic weight loss goals. Based on clinically validated algorithms, users are assigned to their unique meal plans and exercise regimens. They are then self-coached daily for six months or longer. This affordable program focuses on long-term weight loss and relapse prevention. Beyond Weight uses artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to engage users and to teach them cognitive skills to overcome adversity and setbacks. Upon successful completion of their program, users get up to an additional six months of subscription for free.
HealthKit is integrated into the Beyond Weight application for tracking weight and sleep. The data is shown on the application's dashboard tab and sent to your coach daily to view your progress. To setup Apple HealthKit use the Devices button in the More Tab.
